Option 1) • Set the adaptor aperture ring to its widest setting (O-) and use your lens aperture ring to control your aperture. You will be able to monitor the exposure/ the light filling the scene right into either your LCD or viewfinder. Option 2) • Set your lens aperture to its smallest setting (-o) or stop down to f/22~f/32 and use the adaptor aperture ring to adjust your aperture. NOTE 1: Option 1 is the best alternative for most picture-taking situations. NOTE 2: Remember to stop down the aperture dial (-o) or stop down to f/22~f/32 on the adaptor if you are using a manual focusing lens and aperture settings. • This adapter is all metal, excellent quality with matter finishing inside. In summary, with this K&F CONCEPT LENS, A MOUNT ADAPTER WITH APERTURE CONTROL RING FOR NIKON G/ F/ AI/ AI-S/ D/ AF-S MOUNT LENS, the lens lineup for my Fujifilm cameras was conveniently extended to an arsenal of 9 lenses in all. These adapters are actually an improvement in quality over the previous design.They look pretty good and they FIT very well. There is no lateral movement and no significant rotational play.The fit and finish on these is excellent. The aperture ring has the right feel. It's not loose. Moves smoothly and does have a click you can feel as you operate the ring.The only thing I would "improve" is the short throw of the aperture ring. . . but that might not actually happen because this depends on the throw of the aperture lever on the lens itself.

This adapter fits well, not too tight or loose. Seems solidly made. But I did find a very thin bit of metal flashing at one of the machined edges, which would have likely ended up breaking off inside my camera and causing serious damage if I hadn’t noticed it Check carefully before using this adapter.

Works perfectly with my x-t30 II X mount and my old Nikkor lens.

Build and functionality is great!

Came well packaged and at first sight it looks well constructed. Unfortunately it has some play on the mount side so I took an star off, and for a dumb adapter it has to be perfect at this price so I took another star off. This is true for both the Leica M to FUji X, and the Minolta MD to Fuji X versions.

Used with Nikkor AI lens on Fuji X-T3. The fit was quite snug and required a firm hand to mount securely. Once on the lens focussing was smooth and images were sharp.

I got this adaptor to adapt my old MF nikon lenses onto my Fuji x-s10. I got the adaptor that is for "g" lenses (it has an aperture ring) since I also own Nikon g lenses. There was some question of whether it would work with MF lenses or not. The answer is YES!To use it with MF lenses, you have two options for controlling the aperture. Option 1) set the adaptor aperture ring to it's widest setting, and use your lens aperture ring to control your aperture. Option 2) set your lens aperture to it's smallest setting (f/22 or f/32), and use the adaptor aperture ring to adjust your aperture. NOTE: option 1 is probably the best option in most situations for reasons too complicated to get into here.The fit of the adaptor is perfect. It is tight, both on the camera and at the lens, however I don't think it is too tight. There is extremely minimal wobble. I have to torque on the lens to feel it shake.The adaptor quality seems very good. The aperture ring turns smoothly with nicely dampened clicks. The box it came in is a nice touch.I'm very happy with the purchase.

I use it as an adaptor for Nikkor 50mm 1.8 (manual lens). Remember to close the aperture dial on the adaptor if you're using a similar lens.

Die Adapter von K&F die ich besitze (MD und M42 auf FX) waren bisher die "normale" Version. Die pro-Version ist aber dem Namen entsprechend in der Tat präzise. Einwandfrei verarbeitet, präzise u. sanfte Verriegelungen UND optisch an der Kamera bzw. in Verbindung mit dem Objektiv klasse. Da durchgehender Durchmesser zum Kamerabajonett hin, bildet der Adapter mit dem Objektiv eine Linie. Klare Empfehlung!
