The media could not be loaded.  It takes me a little bit time at the beginning to make it work. If you open the faucet first then turn on the power, the pump won't start because the pump is under high pressure. So make sure follow the procedure on the manual to start it up. With power is on and water faucet is fully opened, once the trigger is pushed, the pump will start to work. Once trigger is released, then pump will stop. Pretty easy to handle. The pressure is pretty high and good enough for cleaning car. I used it to clean the brick wall of my new house that is covered with sand and dirt that are bonded tightly on the wall. The water pressure from the gun is strong enough to remove those sticky sand. I am pretty happy about that. You may need to find a better way to wrap the hose and cable around the body. It looks not very obvious. Over all, it functions well and meet my expectation.

I was a bit concerned about buying an electric power washer, as I've always used gas ones before. But as I get older I'm tired of messing with small engines and the maintenance they demand. So I thought for the price I would give this one a try. I opened it up and didn't throw away one shred of cardboard because I was sure I was going to send it back. In the photos you can see I didn't even attach the handles. I was very pleasantly surprised with it's power. It even removed old paint from desk stairs. Also, as long as you have good water pressure feeding it, then it won't miss a beat and will run constantly for an extended period. (Probably about 20 minutes is the longest I used it without letting go of the trigger) I would highly recommend.

I compared the strength to a gas powered 2300 psi washer and this washer is not as strong. It is probably not even 2000 psi. It’s not even as strong with the most powerful tip and when directly connected to my water main.

This pressure washer is amazingly awesome! I am very shocked on how good and smooth this pressure washer cleans and leaves all the surfaces with no marks. But there are some that won’t come off but still the ones that can. They will come off with no problem, as long as you use the correct chemical for it of course. For example in my case I used a concrete and driveway type chemical.I totally recommend this pressure washer to anyone!

Good and nice hold throughout the day. I'd recommend this to anyone. I'm rating it a 5 star for the product itself. The product is fairly well constructed, and a little smaller. Parts put together well and easily, and it seems to require far less effort to regonfigure. Overall the weight and size make it an excellent choice for those with anyone.

This is a terrific machine. Slowed down it cleaned my exterior paint easily. Powered up tips cleaned my concrete sidewalk and driveway easily.

This is not 4000 psi it is the joke. I am going to return it.

Amazing. Very easy to assemble and use. Great product. So worth the price. The two nozzles are great to have, too. One for general washing and one to just annihilate whatever you need stripped or deep cleaned!
