Modenaceti Foodservice Balsamic Glaze, 13.5 Ounce

The price is half what I pay for this brand in grocery stores. I just ordered 2 bottles, and was surprised to find there's no expiration date printed on the label. So I'm storing them in the refrigerator. It's the only brand I've ever used, and I love it on a nice Caprese salad, or a watermelon/feta salad.

I love this product. Just pairs so well with poultry and some fish. But it’s good. That’s all I have to say.

The glaze was not as sweet as I had hoped. I did enjoy the flavor though.

I love the thickness and flavor!! I put it on anything. I added it to my brussel sprouts and it was a hit. Perfect on avocado toast, makes chicken a lot more tasty. Will continue to buy

So much better than balsamic and oil.....much more concentrated so you get all of the flavor and none of the sogginess. A+ !

I like the Modenacita Glaze but not as much as The Soy Glaze you used to carry. I have to buy it elsewhere and I prefer to buy from Amazon!

I was introduced to this glaze at one of my favorite Italian restaurants. I love it on lettuce wedges with cheese crumbles. I will purchase again and again.

My foody friend gave me this as a gift a few years ago, and I've been replenishing it ever sense. I drizzle over any kind of fish I broil or grill and it brings out their distinct flavors. Also love it on grilled asparagus. Takes the stress and time out of serving yummy seafood. Highly recommend.
