Incredible product, worth the investment.First learned about this product through my brother (colostomy bag requirement).I'm extremely sensitive to smell and this neutralizer is miraculous - like nothing else on the market!! Each of my siblings, my parents, my best friend all have a supply.I keep a user friendly size bottle in my purse, my car, my travel bag, at my office desk and on my nightstand.The spray 'sound' and size is discreet and most of all, the initial "scent" is pleasant, light and then completely disappears within seconds. Truly one of the most miraculous products I've ever been introduced to.Amazon is the only place I've found I can purchase this.HIGHLY recommend!!

I was skeptical about using an unscented air freshener but I had some patient's family members who are paranoid about you using fragrances in there home. I have been using this to kill biological odors & it's working. To help save money, I purchased a 2-3 oz spray bottle from Walmart for 97 cents. I ordered the 8 ounce bottle of M9TM Odor Eliminator & I just refill my little bottle. It's cheaper than buying there 2 oz bottle for only $2 or $3 dollars less than the price of an 8 oz bottle. I will definitely recommend & purchase this product again because it works.

I'm familiar with the M9 product from the hospital. Although the bottle that was in each room was about half the size of the one I bought, the odor eliminator did its job well. Remembering that, and getting tired of having my lungs choked out with another persons' spray bottle of magnolias or something else just as sweet, I bought a bottle of M9 to take the smell away and eliminate odors with a few short pumps in the air. The contents of the M9 bottle had no "smell" to it at all. Three quick pumps of the top of the bottle took care of the master bathroom "funk" almost immediately. We are not smokers in this house, however, I've seen M9 drop the tobacco smell in very short order at a friend's house. M9 has no fragrance of its own, the product atomizes in the air, takes out the offending odors, and leaves nothing wet or moist. Very good and effective.

Its a very good product and certainly eliminates odors effectively without leaving a perfume. What is also true is that 5 of the 9 ingredients are parabens. If you are one of the very few who are sensitive to parabens like me, or, you are trying to avoid them, this is probably not the product for you. Sprayed the room, accidentally inhaled some of the vapor, got immediate airway and lung irritation. Still coughed a couple of days later. Room was fresh smelling though...Giving it 1 star to call attention to this fact for others. It is actually effective at what it is supposed to do, and if you are not sensitive, its great.

This product was originally designed for people with Colostomies/Ileostomies. It is specifically designed to eliminate biological odor. It is also extremely effective with frequent gas also from people who have undergone bariatric surgery or who have intestinal problems as well. I purchased this product recently for my workplace, a busy recovery room. It is not helpful to have odors drifting about when people are awakening from anesthesia at high risk for nausea. For odor problems arising from feces, gas etc. this product is a miracle cure. M9 eliminates biological odor without leaving heavy scents behind. The heavy scent from any kind of perfumed product can make the risk of nausea equally bad and many people also have allergies to the multiple ingredients in many room deodorizers.

The ONLY draw back on this spray is the price. It’s pretty expensive, but maybe not if you consider how well it works. It’s completely eliminates odors instantly. I work in a hospital and that’s where I discovered it. It was so awesome, I had to buy some of my own. The bottles I buy are small enough to fit in my purse. Would highly recommend this for someone with an ostomy or anyone who wants to avoid embarrassing situations in a public restroom!

We ordered this brand to try because it was a prime product and out of our usual. We use it for biological oders from a colostomy. Even after 4 or 5 sprays, we could smell it. (Didn't work to eliminate flatulence oders either) Medi-aire or Ease brands are 100 times better. Just one, maybe 2 sprays of either of those and there is no trace.We will not be reordering this brand.

I foster cats & kittens on occasion for a rescue, and some of those cats can stink up a room like nobody's business. This stuff really works. I was skeptical, and I am happy I was wrong. When a cat uses the litter box, a few sprays of this and the stench is _gone_!! I even set up a subscription for this as it is better than anything else I have tried.

I've been using this for a while. I'm in my early 50s and have fine yet thick hair. This shampoo works well on my hair, along with the conditioner, and no other product for a well styled and 'polished' finish.

This is so so overpriced, considering it does nothing at all, the smell isn’t great.
