A good quality hose, I've installed it as an irrigation system for our veg plot and it works perfectly

It’s a great help when you are going away and even if you are not going away. It is such a time saving device and can be connected to a timer which is also probably more economical than using a hose. This, plus the fact you don’t have to spend your time watering when you could be doing other things.

Sadly this was very flimsy indeed. Because it remained very strongly coiled it was impossible to lay without kinking, and then failed at the kinks. It's in the bin.

The tightly rolled end of the hose stayed coiled up for several days but after a week or so straightened out.There is a lot more water dripping out at the end nearest the tap than the far end - this may be a feature of all soaker hoses; I’ve never used one before.Works well for watering long thin areas like flower beds or newly laid strips of turf.

Very easy to install on our green roof where watering is difficult. Does the job very well and competitive pricing

Just note that this soaker hose appears to release more water per meter than another two I have it connected to in series. Can be good or bad.

The hose is exactly as described, however by its very nature watering large areas requires them to be flat. It may be more consistent if dug in but I didn’t test this.For watering large planters it is perfect. You can spiral it from top to bottom when adding compost and add a hose connection. This avoids only watering the top layer.
