Good to have as a slow charger in the office to top up your phone. Don't expect blistering charging speeds but do expect it to get slightly hot.... It's normal!! I bought this as my usb c connection is slightly broken so this charges my phone while at my desk

Ember products are expensive but there is no point having a mug and no charger.

Exactly what you'd expect. great build quality and packaging. Perfect to add an extra coaster somewhere. shame more colour options are not available.

Great to have an additional base. However, pin design on base isn't brilliant and is delicate and after a year or so of regular use get damaged. Fortunately it's possible to purchase (not from Ember) replacement pins which you can solder in yourself effecting a full repair

Have had a bug for seven moths so had to bye the new base to replace the base so I could use got no reply from the makers so hope the base last longer than the one that came with the mug
