These may not work for every situation, but for most of the time, they are great. I even used it to locate a thin doorbell wire that had been pushed back into the door-jam and the hole filled in with wood filler. So the magnets are stronger than I expected them to be and it easily found the screws in the studs on a finished wall. Very light weight and easy to use.

Simple and very effective, much better value for money and reliability compared to electronic stud finders. I had an electronic stud finder that was not reliable. Switched to this and it's night and day in reliability and confidence.

I have other levels.I was really looking for something like this..Multi-Function Wall Scanner which can quickly locate edges and center of metal studs, pipes, rebars, joists behind walls, floors, and ceilings.

This item easily locates nails and screws in the wall. I have the electronic devices and will be retiring them for the simplicity and accuracy of this trouble-free tool. This is a great device!

Love, love, love this little handy gadget. So much guicker and easier to use than electronic stud finders. Move in a “S” formation on your wall until the magnet sticks to the stud nail. Put in your pocket or tool belt. Level is handy too!If you do not have one - you need one😁
