Shredded Beef Barbecue MRE Meal - Genuine US Military Surplus Inspection Date 2020 and Up

I threw it in the trash. Pack date 3/2016, ispect 3/2019, best by 2/2022. I would not feed this to a dog. For 18$ this is Waste. The black beans tasted like moth balls and main entree was more sauce than meat. Its bbq sauce soup with as little beef as possible to save a penny. I was really excited to get this menu as i love bbq sauce but i like to have more meat than sauce. Also the sauce was weak, just tasted like sweet molasses. Not much else came in the pack. Insta coffee, poweder creamer, a single wet wipe, some tp, i did drink the lemon-lime powder drink the best part of the meal. I got some government cheese and “EXTRA” bbq sause in case i didnt already drown in it.

My 15 year old son is really into MRE's after his grandpa got him some.. and then he wanted some for Christmas lol. So I got him this Shredded Beef BBQ MRE for Christmas because I know that it is his favorite one.. he's tried a few, but he really likes this one a lot! He enjoys the whole process of opening and cooking everything. It was a good price for everything that comes in the MRE and it shipped really fast too

This was actually pretty darn good. My fiancé and I wanted to try one of these after seeing what they actually looked like. It was definitely delicious! For those who don't like the cheese consistency, try placing the cheese near (or in) the heat pack. It makes it great!

Item was exactly as described and pretty fresh if I remember correctly it was packaged about six months before purchase and the oldest date code on the items inside was 8 months old. Shipped fast and would highly recommend for anyone wanting to buy an mre.

very good meal for the price. it came with black beans as a side and they were good as well. it has enough condiments to serve your needs. will be looking forward to trying other meals in the future

Kids loved it, was something new to try. Didnt taste too bad actually. Makes for a fun evening with the kids to explore, learn and change it up.
