Meh. It's a dog toy, not expecting it to be indestructable.
Avg to below average quality build. Was not expecting top-notch leather or construction. Did not receive that either. Not exactly disappointed, nor was I really impressed. Definitely thinner material and stiching than I would have though. Probably more importance put on product profit margin than building a quality toy. I understand. I'm just being truthful and honest.

Cocker Spaniel chewed it up
Disappointed. Had a horse made from suede leather has lasted with the dog a couple years, he loves it. Thought I found another one a little different for him for Christmas...has already chewed tail and two feat from existence. So disappointed!

3 legged lizard
My mini dachshund managed to chew one leg off, but this hasn't stopped her from chewing. She tires of cheap, plastic chew toys pretty quickly. This was an instant favorite. It is small enough for her mouth and a good thickness. The squeaker is a plus.

Not as durable as one might think…
So I have a pretty heavy chewer that will tear through some fabric toys like butter. Plus on more than one occasion she’s attempted to chew up leather shoes. Succeeding on at least one occasion. So I thought this might be a viable option to keep her entertained for awhile.Wrong. Took about 5 min before it had to be taken away and tossed. Maybe if you don’t have destructobot 5000 this would be a good choice. At least this didn’t have stuffing.

Household favorite
Our dogs love these toys. They are far more durable than stuffed toys (though definitely not indestructible) and are probably one of the most popular toys in our house... and we have a LOT of dog toys. It's great for dog-on-dog tug because it won't tear apart at the seams like a stuffed toy. Our first Skinneez lizard has been torn to pieces at this point and the dogs still play with the remnants. They love to gnaw on the smaller pieces with their back teeth (probably wouldn't be appropriate for dogs that may swallow the pieces - ours spit them out). We have a new one waiting in the wings for when this one is thoroughly destroyed. They also like the larger snake Skinneez leather toy but the lizard is definitely preferred over the snake around here. The only potential negative I can think of is that these toys get soft and sort of slimy when they are wet with slobber since they are made of leather. The dogs love this but we find it a little gross if you're interested in playing tug with the dog or if the dog so kindly rubs the toy against your leg signaling they want to play. Other than that, we have not noticed any color transfer or staining when the toy is wet.

Cute but new record gone in less than 24 hours
My dog had it chewed down to shreds and the plastic squeakers out in less than 24 hours. 30 lb terrier, nothing crazy. Unless you have a non-chewing dog, this isn't it. Fastest I've seen her go through a toy. No or miminal stuffing though so that's nice. Better to go with a rawhide type chew I guess.

Easy to destroy
My dog is not a big chewer and it was easy for him to destroy this

Not for chewers
My dog is what I'd call a semi-power chewer. He eats bully sticks in under 15 minutes and chews through bones, does damage to nylon bones, and has torn off tiny chunks of rubber kongs or quizzl, however he's NOT tough on plush or soft toys. He pulls out their "hair", chews off the tags, and focuses on any weak points or loose threads and will pull them apart that way. He hasn't yet destroyed any plush toy though.THIS toy, however. It's really fun looking, it has ridges and grooves, it has two squeakers, I thought it would be great for my dog since he's not a power chewer of soft things.. He has destroyed this. I stopped paying full attention for 5 minutes and realized he'd eaten one of the feet and 2" off the tail. Well, damage done, I guess we'll watch for obstructions, but in the meantime I paid for this and now that we've removed the stick-outy bits maybe it'll be okay. NOPE. We cut off the rest of the feet so he couldn't get them, but he's continued to chew off large chunks of the body. The leather is not durable, and he has torn apart the stitching. I'd say this isn't actually made of leather but suede. Maybe that's part of the problem. He doesn't ever eat fabric toys but for this one he did actually eat the foot and the tail. I think that's because it's leather/suede and it tastes and smells good to him. It's a shame because my dog really liked it and was flinging it around, tossing and shaking it in his mouth. It's 15" long and it flops around. This seems like it could be a good toy because it's called "dura" whatever. But it's way too expensive for the poor quality of stitching and lack of durability. Also it is not "3 layers of fused leather" like advertised. It is one separate layer on the bottom and two layers on the top, but even the top layers are not fused together. Just stitched together along the seams. Would probably be a good toy for a senior dog with dull teeth, a small mouth, and a weak jaw. For any other dogs that I know, this would not last.

Not for chewers
This toy is definitely not for the doggo who chews. Mine finished this off in minutes...minutes. She had the head off and the squeaker pierced almost before I gave it to her. If you have a regular doggo who doesn't have an obsession with chewing it might be OK, but otherwise don't waste your money.

Cute, but feet are the first to go!
My dog absolutely loves this, but of course the feet only lasted about 5 minutes before they were chewed off. The other parts seem pretty durable.

Dog loved it.
All appendages removed in less than 5 minutes. I hoped the leather would last longer.

Thin leather
It is made of very thin leather and very cheap. Looks cute but not durable or safe. My dog removed legs in less then 30 minutes.
