Mt. Lion Urine Natural Predator Scent Outdoor

Our raccoon buddies became too interested in my dock and boat. I didn't want to hurt them but they poop and pee whenever and wherever they feel the urge. I watch them in the cameras trundle along the seawall and snoop around every night, but they got bolder and bolder and started climbing up on the boat. I wanted to stop them before they found a way inside so I bought this product. I sprayed it on the dock and in particular around the dock box and lines they were starting to climb. The next night I watched them come back, go down the dock to the dock box and they suddenly stopped and started sniffing. Then they went to the lines and sniffed, stopped and stepped back and stared. They sniffed around everywhere and then hurriedly left and have not been back. It has been a couple of months now. It worked!

Family has used this successfully to keep animals away from a fenced area that are foraging for food. I tried it on established ground hog holes that I filled first with sand. No affect. Ground hogs will not abandon established burrows. They just dug the holes out again. I am switching to psych warfare. I keep re-raking the sand back into the holes checking each day. Ground hogs have multiple hole access to their burrows but this approach at least keeps them guessing and at bay most of the time.

Does not discourage animals from coming around. Used it all around the perimeter of house, set up trail camera to verify. If anything it may have attracted cats, with one sitting right next to where I sprayed. Product does not smell like urine of any sort.

Smells like the real thing! This solution keeps rodents out of our garage and attic. Always a good item to have around.

I bought this to keep coyotes away after hearing there were two running around in my next door neighbor’s yard.. I have two small dogs who bark at everything and would probably get attacked just for being obnoxious. Figured if I sprinkled this on my grass, the coyotes would smell it and think I had pet mountain lions and not toy poodles. I sprinkle it on my yard and the next door neighbors’ lawn once a week. It is easy to use, doesn’t smell bad, or leave spots on the grass. We haven’t seen any coyotes so I guess it works.

Failed to work as advertised. Did not deter cats from our plants

It smelled really strong, but it worked. It really attracted the mountain lion.I was really surprised at how well it worked.
