Small Half Round Cooling Rack 2 Pack - 7.9 x 4.1 inches - Stainless Steel

I liked these until I used them while making yogurt in my Instant Pot. They stood in water overnight and they produced so much rust till it fell off in lots of little globs into the water.

I’ve been looking for something like this for sandwiches. I like the size but wish they made it in rectangular shape.

I use these for canning syrups in a stock pot so I have a bit of room underneath the quart jars. They work great and are just the size I needed!

I like to dry brine beef before cooking it (salting beef and letting it stay in the fridge overnight to remove unwanted moisture, tenderize, and seasoning it throught). This method works much better if air is able to circulate around the entire piece of beef. If I'm just dry brining a filet mignon, new york strip or a ribeye, this allows me to do so without taking a larger cooling rack / larger cookie sheet (to catch unwanted moisture) and ultimately saving a lot of space using these racks and a plate that is much smaller.

I use this in my air fryer as I find cleaning the air pan is a chore. I also cut a round piece of parchment paper to catch drippings under the rack and "pam" the rack for easier cleaning.

Used to prevent my breaded chicken from getting soggy on the bottom! Worked perfect! And two of them fit so nicely in a regular round plate! Perfect!

I bought these because i hated the 2 sided little rack that came in my air fryer, stoff would fall off the sides and the "feet" would get in the way. I measured my air fryer and bought these for a perfect fit, and now it's easy to use my air fryer, and stuff doesn't fall off the sides any more.

I put them in the bottom of a 9 inch bucket, l use them to clean my paint brushes in oderless paint thinner
