I like being able to take this for my immunity health it helps me be healthy in the winter months.

This made me insanely nauseous. I tried a different immunity shot before on an empty stomach and it did the same thing. I took this one with food thinking that would help but nope. I felt so sick after taking this. So nauseous I wish I could throw up! I’m done trying these immunity shot things. They don’t do anything except make me sick to my stomach for hours and they are so overpriced. Just take vitamins or whole foods for an immune boost. I think it’s too much concentrated ginger causing problems and based on other reviews I see I’m not the only one who regrets taking this.

It’s tasty. I mix with orange juice sometimes because the ginger is strong. Some are really hard to open.

I’ve been feeling under the weather the past couple of days so I thought this would be great especially after reading the ingredient list. Took it in the morning after just drinking some water. I sit down and not even 5 minutes goes by I throw it all up. It didn’t say anywhere to take with food? I put it in the fridge right when I got home from the grocery store as well. Flavor isn’t the best, a little spicy from the ginger.

Taste is great, not sweet like cranberry juice but good. Definitely will boost your immunity. I highly recommend this every morning.

Keeps me regular I drank one every morning. The zinc elderberry excellent product.
