STC Swaroop Kite (White) Atta chakki Fully Automatic Domestic Flour Mill ghar ghanti (1 HP)

Let me start with cons first.Cons- Lethargic staff and Customer support. Once you get the product, you will taken lightly and casually. Staff doesn’t have business knowledge or the way to talk to customer. Despite not so good interaction I went ahead with the product as it was the only one with basic requirement. Other products have steel hopper (which is not required in any case) or the vacuum option.Pros- Good product. No flaws as of yet. Some one in comments mentioned that the cutter is handmade and not machine made, it may be but it has no impact on the grinding. I have done some practical testing so here are the results;- Maximum 3.5kg of wheat can be fed through hopper.- 30 mins required to grind 3.5 kg of wheat at sieve no 1.5. The finer the requirement, the more time it will take. 7 kgs per hour I think is a decent output.- At Sieve number 5, it takes 12 to 15 minutes to grind to grind 3.5 KG of wheat (bharad).The reason to choose the brand over others is two years of warranty, and proximity to my place.

For home use I purchased this product and it is very helpful for me. This is under my budget and easy to use. Very low consumer of electricity

Very useful for small family

Initially looking at 4 Star Reviews i bought this atta chakki, after 15 days of fighting with STC Swaroop i got delivery of my product.Outlook is good, seems fine. As soon as opened the Grinding Chamber. woa....i was amazed to see that this company makes Hand Grinded Cutters.... which is unacceptable. Blades are going to rotate at 2800RPM and how can you make with hands ? so its unbalanced.. it should be Machined in VMC / CNC.Customer care is pathetic... you call them 10 times 4 times you will be connected. They will never return call for your open issues.I am really disappointed by STC Swaroop.... returned.

Motor is robust but faulty assembled items door is not handy to use main purpose of grinding is solved but durability of the product is questionable.

A superb flour mill. Apart from the best performance, the white color and the delicate black design is cute in its own unique style.It grinds well. Lower noise. Less messy.. And super easy to clean (this is the best part). In love with the product..!!

PRODUCT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL, I USED IT FROM LAST 3 MONTH, ITS USEFUL SPECIALLY FOR MAKING WHEAT FLOUR, WHILE MAKING THOOLI (DALIYA) IT MAKES RAWA, BUT YOU CAN PURCHASE EXTRA NET FOR THAT.FROM STC OFFICE I GET DISAPPOINT DURING DELIVERY, TRANSPORTER WAS KEPT THE GOODS UNNECESSARY, I JUST FOUND THE NO. OF TRANSPORT WHILE TRACKING AND CALLED HIM 2-3 TIMES, THEN I GOT DELIVERY.STC PEOPLE ALSO NOT GIVEN SERVICE IN PREVIOUS 2-3 CALLS GIVEN ON CUSTOMER CARE. AFTER MAKING AGAIN A COMPLAIN VIA EMAIL AND TELEPHONICALLY, LAST WEEK THEY SENT A SERVICE ENGINEER AND HE JUST CAME AND GIVEN ENTIRE DETAILS ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND EXTRA NET. AND OTHER QUERY. PLEASE IMPROVE STC PEOPLE.BUT OVERALL GOOD PRODUCT FOR HOME.
