1. Product delivered to us was well packaged and in good condition2. It was mistake on our side but due to lack of clarity on size we got small beads but we wanted big one still so was not happy.3. 320 beads exactly is what we got, multi-coloured and well finished beads. Can't say for others

They're very pretty but disappointment is because some colours are for many pieces and some colours are less in quantity, please make sure to divide the colours in similar quantity.
