Item was delivered without any screws, tools & other assembling materials. I wrote to the supplier but no response. Amazon would take the theater back for a $39 fees because I missed the return window (we travelled to another country after ordering for our son’s birthday. I’ve bought with tender leaf before and was satisfy but this time the item is poor quality too. The pictures are misleading.

this toy broke by a tiny 3 year old. The opening literally fell off and is now a useless toy, Do not buy!!!

The reviews did not lie. Wish I had listened to them. The quality made me even question if this was a fake Tender Leaf product. Very poor quality. Doors don’t close AND don’t fully open. Save your money and avoid a headache. Don’t buy!

My son got this as a gift, it’s arrived with out assembling hardware. Here are some pictures of what you can get if your also arrive incomplete. And also you can see how the will look.

The instructions are terrible. I know because I was in tears on Christmas Eve. I almost permanently damaged the doors by forcing them closed. By some Christmas miracle (also because I just finished putting something similar together from ikea) I flipped the metal door joints in the opposite direction and it worked- the doors closed 🎉🎉 I hope this helps everyone in the same position.

This item is very difficult to build, with no written instructions. My item had 2 manufacturing defects. The manufacturer sent some replacement parts, but it still doesn’t work as intended (the doors to the store do not open). Poor quality control on this item.

This toy is impossible to Build - it comes with very vague directions and with many parts. After having invested hours putting it together, there is definitely a design defect as the doors won’t open. For something this expensive, I’m very disappointed.

Door don't work (they don't fit) and the instructions are terrible.
