Decent shorts, go up a size when ordering
I’m going off of others reviews on sizing, they do run small. I wear a 40 waist and ordered the 42. They fit perfectly, even better after washing them. They seem fairly durable and so far no issues with the zipper or buttons. Pockets are nice and not too deep, big enough for a plus size phone or wallet. No loose threads on two pairs that I have.

No binding on knees when stooping down
Exactly what I was looking for!And not to long that it binds on knee where stooping down.

Fairly decent shorts
Ordered a pair this past summer, liked them well enough to add a second pair in a different color when they had a percent off. As mentioned in other reviews, the fabric is definitely different. But I didn’t perceive that as a negative, just beware that it could likely happen.I liked the reinforced pockets. Often a weak point in any cargo shorts but these seem to be holding up well.Comfortable. Loose fit in the thighs. Somewhat true to size in the waist. But if in doubt, order up. Best loops and sturdy draw string to make up for the extra room.Would likely order again. Might be whimsical to see if the material would be different once again

Perfectly fitted cargo shorts. My wife can't keep her hands off me...
5'11"/185lbs with 34inch waist. These are perfect cargo shorts for me. The shorts sit directly in the middle of my knee, not too short but not too long. The shorts are true to size; durable, thick material, and seem well made. I immediately removed the strings on the legs. They iron easily as well, for those with OCD like me. I have an athletic build and the legs aren't too tight or loose. These can be worn with a T-shirt, polo shirt, or button up shirt....or no shirt...for the ladies. Just kidding, but seriously...

Horrible inconsistencies in sizes and materials
I ordered my first pair of these and I thought they were the greatest thing since sliced bread. They were super comfortable, had give like gym shorts and sized correctly. So I ordered another pair and not only were they not made with the same materials they are 2 sizes too small. Tags are exactly the same but the shorts are not. The five stars is for the first pair. I give this pair one⭐️ just for the reasons above and I ordered them April 26 and they arrived June 3

Good product
Good product, just a lighter color than expected. Good quality not too thick nor too thin right there in the middle

They definitely run small
I received these shorts today & I have mixed reviews.PROS :They're exactly as described. They're identical to the picture. They fall just below the knee & they're loose fit on the seat & legs. The material is thick & I don't see any loose stitching.CONS :The waist runs really small. I'm a 35 waist, I usually order a 36 & wear a belt. I ordered these in a 38 (as recommended) & they fit like a 34. I wouldn't size up in these otherwise they'd be too loose below the waist & look like clown pants. The buttons & zipper are cheap, I'm not expecting longevity from them. The smaller pocket on the leg is too small to put anything other than a pill or a single key without a keychain. It's useless. The strings on the bottom are way too long & hang about 5" which is overkill.OVERALL :The pros for me slightly outweigh the cons & I'm hoping that the waist stretches a little as I wear them. If they do, I might still get another pair or 2 because I do like the style of them. The fit on the body is exactly what I was looking for & have been hard to find for me.

great cargo shorts
After a couple of years of ownership and regular wear, I have to say that these are great shorts. The material is sturdy and durable (I normally go through a pair of cargos in a couple of months because I'm very active outdoors ... these have lasted 2 years and counting).Things to watch out for...1) When buying these make sure you pay attention to sizing. A 4XL is about a 39-40 waist. A 3XL is a 35-36 waist. For some reason there is a big gap between the 4XL and 3XL. I ordered 2 pairs of 4XL 2 years ago, but then lost 30 lbs and went down to a 3XL and it's almost too snug when I first put them on (in the thighs, hips and ass - I'm 5'11" at 220lbs and I strength train 3-4 days per week so I'm kinda thick in the legs and ass from doing squats and deadlifts - others may not have this issue). After I wear them for an hour or so, they relax quite a bit and fit like a 36-38. That's something else to be aware of...2) These are 100% cotton and WILL SHRINK in the washer/dryer I wash mine in cold and tumble dry until damp... then hang them out to dry the rest of the way.3) You will need to keep an eye out for loosening buttons... I had to pick up and reattach the main fly closure button on 2 pairs. They are made in China... so only having to replace 2 buttons after 2 years is pretty good. When I bought my new shorts, I just went ahead and stitched up the fly button with some heavy duty cord (I used spider wire fishing line) so I wouldn't have to worry about it in the future.4) The belt looks cool but it for appearance only. Don't expect it to keep your pants up... especially if you're carrying anything substantial in your cargo pockets or clipping anything onto the belt itself. Definitely not an outdoorsman's belt of choice.Aside from that these shorts are great. 4.5/5.0 stars - for this price point they are better than any major brand out there... and they are just as durable as my old military cargos (before they came out with that rip stop garbage).
