Is the vacuum height adjustable? Is it good on hard wood floors?

I haven't tried to adjust the height. It is really good on all my floors! I have two small dogs and two cats, it does a great job! This is my everyday go to vacumn.

Can you turn off the beater bar for hardwood floors?

I have always used this type vac where the beaters do not turn off, I found on soft vinyl floors they can dig in and damage the surface so I just always make sure when I am using the hose or rolling it across while running that I have it tipped back with the beaters off the floor ... keeps the "oops - oh no" moment away.

How do i use the limited warranty? Mine stopped working after using 3 times
