Bundt Tea Cakes

Great product. I bought these so I could make tea cake sized pound cakes for my parents 50th anniversary celebration. They are heavy duty. Definitely need the right consistency of batter to capture the details and you get used to how full to fill them so it doesn't cook over the top. I bought two and will reuse them soon in the future. I love how you get the variety of I think 10 different designs in one pan. Is a little tedious to clean, but I bought the Bundt brush and it's a definite help, though it's still tedious just for the number of little crevices to make sure you clean... Just the nature of what it is. With baking spray the cakes come right out and I've had no issues with them sticking in the pan. A thicker batter that is more sticky and doesn't run into the crevices will not get you the details you want. I was extremely pleased. I will advise you to test any recipes ahead of any event you want to use these for just to work out batter amount in each Bundt cake mold and cooking times.

Love it! came in perfect condition! expect the unexpected when comes to size. I knew from other reviews that they are small, but it does not bother me. Can't wait to do chocolate bites. Easy to remove from the pan, easy to clean, very sturdy, new in great condition. Looks like it will last a very long time. Beautiful designs in there, and a lot of fun. I served them next to a cup of coffee and they were well appreciated. Baking in short time! My picture does not pay justice! Highly recommended!

Great pan. We have been testing several recipes as well as playing with how much to fill each cake. Also playing with bake times. Pan is very solid. Recommend.

Let’s start by saying that I have far too many Bundt pants. Let’s let’s also venture to say that I also have a lot of mini Bundt pans. Say the kind that would be a serving for two per cake. So of course I had to have something to her, I could make basically bite-size bundts. Is my husband happy? There’s more Bundt pans in the house? No, he is not thrilled. I am delighted. The smaller sized cakes are perfect to bring to gatherings. And I am enamored.

I purchased this pan to make mini bundt cakes for a wedding "cookie" table. The pan is very heavy and the designs of each mold are very intricate. They are beautiful. The first batch I made did not turn out very good. Mistakes were made! The instructions say to use a baking spray not just an oil spray, I chose to not follow that instruction and the cakes would not come out easily. The second batch I used the baking spray and the cakes popped right out. The design on each cake was not very formed, I removed the cakes a minute after I took them out of the over. My third batch was a success. I used the baking/flour spray and I left the cakes in the pan for over 3 minutes. The cakes came out without breaking apart and the design form was more obvious on each cake. I sprinkled powder sugar on each cake and it brought out the design even more!

I enjoy baking with the Nordic Bundt Tea Cake pan; the quality is excellent! My grandsons love the size of mini cakes.

Haven't used it yet but just what I was looking for

I wanted this to work out so much!!! But upon closer inspection there were spots that the non-stick liner did not cover. What a bummer! My coworkers want a small taste-which this pan size would be perfect…but Nordic Ware QA was asleep at the wheel. Then on the opposite side of the tray-there were many tiny fissure-cracks that looked like the product was sprayed with non-stick, then stacked while drying so that the weight above caused cracks to form. Gah! How will this tray look in 2 years?? High hopes-dashes. :-( RETURNED.

This Nordic Ware pan creates adorable individual tea cakes with really crisp details that come out cleanly when you grease and flour it properly. The cast aluminum heats evenly so all the cakes bake uniformly without some being overdone while others are underdone. The 2.5 cup capacity per cake is a nice portion size for individual servings, and the toffee color finish looks attractive hanging in the kitchen or stored in the cupboard.

Excellent Baking tin. Beautiful Design, Solid and sturdy! I found this pan very useful for baking small tea cakes. It can also be used for making agar-agar or Japanese Jelly konnyaku. Useful pan to have if you only need small bites for festive occasions.

Always excellent quality; the canele come out perfect every time, so good I bought a second tray
