They came package real well and all 16 bulbs were in tact!

I received my bulbs and sadly two were broke in shipping, I contacted the seller and they quickly sent out the replacements which I’ve already received! In the 2 times in which I tanned using the new bulbs, I’ve already noticed color so I’m excited and will purchase from this seller in the future! Thank you so much.

I first wrote a review and indicated that I didn't think these bulbs were as good as the last time I purchased them. I also reached out to the company and passed along that same information. They recommended that I check the acrylic of my bed, as it needs replaced periodically. With my bed being used only for personal use, I didn't think this would be necessary, but thought I would try replacing it. To my surprise, they were correct. I have purchased a new acrylic and am achieving the tan I was expecting with these bulbs. THANK YOU for your suggestion. Great Price for the bulbs and quality!

The package arrived a day late but was ok with that! It was packaged awesome nothing broke, easy to install. I am easy tanner and felt I got good color for the short period I tried being the first time using!!

First of all when I received my lights there was one broken in the box. I did email the company and let them know this but I kept the bulbs anyway which was a mistake. I tend a couple times and noticed the bulbs were black like they were burned out almost and did not get any sun from them. I contacted the company I asked to return them the return was approved I sent them back in the original package through UPS which was where they had me ship them through after several days when I didn’t receive my refund I contacted the company who then said that they were not going to give me a refund because several bulbs were broken during shipping!!! I’m so angry but I have to pay for their defective bulbs! Besides having that issue with them the bulbs did not work I would not recommend buying anything from them.

Bulbs are not as hot as other bulbs! I didn't even get a tan the first few times using it, but after about 3 times I finally started getting some! Not as tan as other bulbs get me either!
