I just love using different flavored oils but shy away from most as they are so high priced and often lacking in taste, according to many reviews. This oil was both fairly priced and the reviews spoke of the taste like a true blood orange-flavored. So I took a chance and I am so glad I did. It was perfect for my salad, which included a blood orange. Light but bursting with the flavor. I didn't need much which is another benefit, it will last longer. I am quite happy with this purchase and have happily added to my other olive oils.

We love the quality of this product and such a nice flavor added to such a variety of options it's a game changer. We have bought this oil on regular every couple of months so that we don't run out. Having toured the facility they're a great company to work with and we will gladly keep buying this product along with some of their other oils and vinaigrettes.

I love flavored olive oils, and like to buy locally. Found this (Basil and Rosemary oils) and decided to try them out. They are really nice, and I'm glad I made the purchase. I bought the Fig Balsamic Vinegar for my dad for his birthday and he really loved it. Great company (albeit expensive, but good oils tend to cost money). I do feel like if they were less expensive, I would buy more of them more frequently though!

added to bacon dripping for frying hash browns for breakfast makes them tasty, TASTY! Just the right amount of spice, not too hot...and I like spicy foods hot but not so hot it over rides the flavors.

We live in Texas and discovered The Texas Hill Country Olive Oil Company's products at a farmers' market a couple years ago and have been enjoying them ever since. Their infused olive oils and vinegars are a great way to add depth and flavor to any meal. Exceptional taste and quality. This is one of those products that once you start cooking with it, you wonder how you ever cooked without it!

I was really hoping to replace a previous bottle of olive oil infused with garlic that also had garlic pieces in the oil. It didn't matter that this order did not have visible garlic pieces, that was ok. First, I smell then I taste. I was disappointed. The flavor is NOT very garlicky and there is an undertone of something else. There should be no 'something else'. I feel I have to keep it as I opened it. I paid $22 for this and now I don't want to throw out my old oil.

The right amount of infused garlic, the oil density, all provides a full, robust flavor for your salads, to cook with, etc.I prefer to not use this oil for cooking with heat. I like it over salads and such!
