KILZ Original Primer, Interior, 1 Quart

This stuff is great! I use it for when I have to patch up all the holes in the drywall from their scooters crashing into the corners and walls. It might be easier to not allow scooters inside the house but it makes thing more exciting! Back to the review. After I patch the holes and the mud dries I put a coating of this before the final paint goes on. Using this prevents the patch work from showing thru the final coat of paint and it makes the texture look the same as the original texture. There are many other uses for this stuff, the only other place I use this is under sinks to paint the wood base and the vertical wall inside the cabinet. Works wonder their too.

Having been using this product for years. Definitely buy this original, not the cheap knock offs sold buy other manufacturers. Use when you can open the windows! Smell is extremely pungent! BUT dries extremely quickly! That’s the trade off. In my experience it will cover any color you want to than paint over. Would definitely, and will buy again as necessary.

I dislike the doubling of price but I need it for work, no choice but to buy it, it is the only oilbased I found that I works for what I need it for

Can was dented when it arrived but not leaking. This stuff works. It is oil based so you will need turpentine to clean brush. Not water based.

Product performs as described; Easy to use, I used a brush, stained zone do not show up after first coat.

I ordered three cans of primer and all three came dented in at least three places and at least one was intensely leaking.
