Decent camera, no complaints
Good pictures, reasonably priced trail camera for high-risk theft locations. Its small size makes it less noticeable. So far, I have not had one fail on me. Quick and Easy to operate. The battery life is pretty good considering it only uses 4 AA batteries. But I only have it set for pictures not video. I would expect the video setting would drain the batteries a little faster since it only uses 4 batteries. Bottom line it's decent trail at a reasonable price.

Good product - just needs to be MADE for outside (poor seal)
In general, this camera takes pretty decent photos. So readers are aware, I have mine set to take the three-photo bursts. I am glad I do this, as sometimes the first (or last) photo can appear overexposed depending on how the camera last took a photo or was triggered. This way I almost always get at least one photo that is good. The problem is the door for the thing. It doesn't seal well. The first week I had it out, the lens got all fogged up because the inside got wet after some rain. I did put a piece of black vinyl electrical tape over the top, and that mostly helps. I know other people have sealed theirs more fully using silicone caulk - I still may do this. But I do access the cards in mine about every week or two.Battery life seems to be very good - I use the lithium ones, and I bought these in the summer and it's now January with no sign of needing to change them yet, though I don't think my camera takes more than a dozen or two photos every week as there's not a lot of movement on my property. But it does work well in sunlight, low light and darkness. Occasionally nothing shows up, which is likely either a late trigger, a slightly out of frame trigger, or the wind. But it doesn't take very many "non" photos either. Doesn't fill up a card much - I got a 32GB not knowing what I'd need, and even with a windy set of days with "false" captures and a bunch of wildlife, I think it took up... 3 GB? Maybe? And that was a "busy" week. Or maybe I needed to delete a bunch.... I don't recall. I've not had storage issues.I attached a few photos for reference at various lighting conditions. Coyote is in the full dark. Pheasants in full sun. Opossum was twilight.

Great little camera for the money!
Ok so I don’t usually do reviews but I tried this camera out because it was on sale for Black Friday. I’m a big time hunter and I’ve used all the popular brands out there. I got these just to use for more scouting. Pretty impressed for how cheap they are. Daytime pics are great, nighttime pics a pretty good and video is great! Super easy to setup and they are really small. About the size of the palm of you hand. If your wanting a good trail camera that doesn’t break the bank give em a try. I liked the first one so much I ordered 3 more!

Very good basic camera
1 YEAR UPDATE. The cameras have started to malfunction pretty regularly. I've left them out for 4 weeks at a time before checking the SD cards and I'm noticing that the displays are not acting right, the time/date and settings are getting scrambled, etc. and the batteries aren't lasting as long as they used to. Also not capturing images as well as they used to. They're on the property where I live, not way out in the back country. So my use case is not critical. For the price, I'm not heartbroken, but a bit disappointed.ORIGINAL REVIEW Easy to set up, just follow the (fair) instructions. Takes 4 batteries instead of 8. Mine has taken about 6,000 pictures in 3 weeks on the same batteries (not using for video, though).I should clarify that this camera is within walking distance to my house and I can check on it regularly. I can't vouch for reliability leaving them unattended for long periods of time. Although it's very hot and humid right now, my application is a fair, moderate climate. I'm not leaving this for weeks/months to take pics of massive critters on the Brooks range in Alaska. The pictures are not cinematic quality, of course, but are very good for this price range. Night pictures are also very good. It works great for my needs so far.

Decent trail cam, but try to keep it dry.
First off, not waterproof, or even all that resistant. I have 2 cameras, one of which stopped working after a light rain. The good:These cameras do what they say on the box. It has decent night and day vision, enough to make out whatever animals or people run across. The motion sensing works well, but occasionally gets triggered by things like larger insects or tree branches. The batteries (4 standard AA) last about 1 to 2 weeks depending on how often it gets triggered.

Works Great
Didn't want to spend a lot on a few trailcams because Crackheads like to steal anything that's not bolted down....even then they will chew them with their jagged teeth like a beaver. Works great and hang them 10' up to hide them better. Great quality for the pics all all work as they are supposed too

Far more than expected; one small problem- UPDATE
For whatever reason, the last couple I bought were defective: one failed to power on, one had a bad camera. Customer service left a LOT to be desired. No longer recommendLet's be clear about this: I bought these because they are inexpensive. I was not expecting much: basic picture and video combined with meh motion detection. Got tired of far more expensive units growing legs and walking away, and figured these would suffice. They did not suffice; they excelled! Their small size and utter simplicity make for a combination better than the sum of it's parts. Everything extraneous has been removed, leaving a simple trail cam that does a remarkably good job. Easily concealed, long battery life, crisp video: what more could you ask for in an inexpensive, but good* quality trail cam?* The quality would be outstanding, if not for the on/off switch. About 10 days in, one of the switches fell off, never to be seen again. The switch actually covers a tiny switch inside: fortunately a thin pair of hook removal pliers ( for fishing) allow me to still use the units. ( The second unit has a crack in the switch ; I expect it to fail any time ). Aside from this one issue, this is a solid, good performing machine: indeed, I intend to buy several more
