Been waiting for this book for years.
We are not powerless. This book is everything in one place that I have been researching and practicing separately. Starts of with a brief yet informative anatomy lesson of the Autonomic Nervous System to create the language used for the rest of it. The book actually helps to switch back from the different phases of the PS NEVOUS SYSTEM. Through introducing physical tactile sensations in the body to different stages of Fligt, Fright, Freeze, Dorsal and Ventral collapsing you learn to acknowledge that our feelings are all perceived from five senses and you can guide your nervous system into healthier places by will. Helps me with managing Parkinson’s Disease and Anxiety. I have been waiting for this book for awhile. So grateful.
