perfect to cover pica 7 bandage after hip surgery
forget the saran wrap and adhesive tapes to cover bandage in shower. this 9x9 covers the pica 7 bandage used for post hip operations. covers the area effectively, one warning be careful when pealing off paper to apply., the bandage edges are sticky so i recommend to apply from the edge and then peel and cover. What you want to avoid is the sticky edge folding over and sticking to bandage. This product was a time saver and really protected the bandage area. We have reordered the smaller size now that the PICA 7 has been removed.

Kept the monitor dry
Purchased to cover a heart monitor while showering. They work great, somewhat easy to apply. Kept the monitor dry. Sticks really well.

These are the ones to get for a dialysis catheter
I have tried different shower covers since starting dialysis in April 2024. These are the best ones I could find. They have sticky tape on all 4 edges and none in the middle, so it wont stick to your dressing. They take a little patience to use, but I just lay it flat on the bathroom counter, remove the one side, then slowly peel the rest of the protecting paper off.

Used to be 5 Star...
...now they suck.I've been using these for ages due to having a periodic picc line in my arm. They used to be awesome...they had a thicker plastic compared to other brands, great adhesion, easy to put on...Now they've changed how they're manufactured. The plastic is half the thickness (it's SUPER thin), they're using a completely different adhesive and it's horrible (about halfway through showering, it starts to peel off) and they're now terrible to put on by yourself (mostly because the plastic is so thin, they just curl up on themselves). They're also being poorly packaged and a bunch of the sheets stick to each other in the bag and, once you try to peel them off each other, they're unusable and have to be throw out. There's also a vaguely chemical smell that they never had before.

Keeps water out
Sealed well. Easy to put on and take off. Flexible enough to bend with body parts without gapping/leaking. Tried other brand also and this was far superior

Effective but difficult to apply
You have to be quite dexterous to apply these. They tend to stick to themselves unless you are very careful, resulting in some waste. (I've lost 4 covers out of the pack of 14 because of the difficulty applying.) Correctly applied, they are effective at keeping the access site dry.

Shower Aid For Upper Chest Surgical Ad
I had and still have a significant implant in the area over the lefy side of my chest for the past 6 weeks. This product was quickly delivered from Amazon and was very easy to use with some help. I would suggest to men with hair in the very light glue area of the cover to remove same prior to use. Very comfortable.
