Moving to a rural town is shock enough-not finding products locally makes life stressful, so I am glad to be able to order quality like this. This is a good paste, and along with Dashi packets, I can make soothing Miso Soup in 15 minutes.

Delicious
Mix with beef broth, throw in some green onions and you have a delicious soup to warm your stomach. So much better than Chinese restaurant miso soup. Makes my stomach feel good and improves my digestion
