I’m a diabetic on Mounjaro. My stomach goes through sensitive periods of time. Im also a muscular middle aged guy (39) and I’m trying to maintain a high protein intake to minimize muscle loss. This shake is good for adding protein hits throughout your day without causing upset stomach like a traditional protein whey isolate shake might. It’s low calorie though, so when you can do a regular protein shake, chase those necessary calories!! If your dieting to lose weight, these low calories make sense & this shake helps a ton and is a great dietary addition. Taste: I bought the dragonfruit flavor. It’s freaking delicious. It taste like a watermelon / cherry jolly rancher! Cons: it’s very difficult to mix in a shaker. I prefer no chunks of anything floating but unless I use my handheld blender, it’ll have small chunks that have texture of a gelatin clump. So if you only have blender ball shakers, eat the chunks or don’t buy this.

Refreshing protein drink! I’m not often in the mood to drink a shake so these types of juice-like protein powders are for me. This one mixes up great and takes delicious—if just a bit too sweet for my taste si I add extra water. Texture is smooth like a crystal light-type drink (see photo). I have the dragon fruit flavor and will definitely try the others. I pre-make it the day before so the foam has time to settle. I add it to 2-4 oz of water (water first, powder on top), shake it in a glass container (I don’t even need to use a blender bottle), then I put it in the fridge. When I’m ready to drink, I fill the rest with room temp water (~12oz total) and give it a single flip to mix. With this method, it’s cold enough to be pleasant and refreshing but not so cold I can’t chug it.

Finally a clear protein that isn't insanely sweet. Tatates great. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. A little clumpy but a splash more water solves that problem for me. Shake and then just wait a couple of minutes for the foam to go down before you drink it if it bothers you

The container is large and only 1/3 full (see pics) which is wasteful and takes up too much space. A bag would be better for this amount. Makes only 15 servings. It does not mix well without a blender (container does say to use a shaker) but then very foamy. At least flavor is decent, light and fruity.

It's the most affordable clear protein in the market. The tropical dragon fruit flavor is nice but feels overwhelming when you mix it in a smoothie of other fruits. The solubility is good in water but it's not that good when you add it to a smoothie.

This clear whey protein is a great alternative to traditional protein shakes. The tropical dragonfruit flavor is light and refreshing, mixes easily, and doesn’t feel heavy. It’s an easy way to add extra protein to my daily routine, especially after workouts.

I absolutely love the dragonfruit. I was worried from all reviews saying this protein was too sweet. I am not a fan of super sweet, but I think it is refreshing. It may be on the sweet side but reminds me of a healthy fruit punch? Either way, compared to my last protein I couldn’t finish, this is a huge step up! Plus it is zero carb which I love! The powder is very fine and if you let it sit after blending it really is clear! Also, something that worked for me when blending, I recommend if you have a mini frother like I do, I start the frother and slowly add in the powder as it is mixing. 100% easier to mix than pouring the whole scoop in first and then blending! I am definitely buying this again when I get low!

Honestly, super hard to dissolved. Needed to be blended and then it makes sooo much foam. The container was more than half empty. And I looked at other reviews other people showed their container with much more product than me. Not worth 30$. Tastes good but false advertisement in terms of size.

Taste good

This is a great protein supplement. Does not get all thick and chunky. I can leave it for a few hours and it still is just like drinking my water. It is sweet so I put half a scoop in and it is perfect for me.

That's one of the worst proteins I have ever had. The taste isn't bad, but it just doesn't blend with water. I shook it thoroughly, but there were still a bunch of clumps floating around, which ended up wasting most of the whey. I definitely won't buy it again.
