Great Quality, but different colours too similar in strength
As a PT, I've used tubes in my classes for around 9 years so have seen them tested by hundreds of different people with different abilities. I bought these a few weeks ago and my initial thoughts are that the quality, packaging and look of these bands is very good.My one criticism is compared to previous sets I've owned the difference in strength of these is too small. There not much real difference between yellow, red and green. Particularly between red and green. All my clients have found they had to abandon the lighter colours too soon. The simple but effective ball and socket mechanism asked for temporary shortening of each cable to increase its weight which is a great feature for an individual, but not for those like myself using them for multiple clients. The stronger one is also lighter than other sets, I could really do with one stronger than that. This is based on a like for like comparison across a number of people. The rigid handles actually make a few exercises a little uncomfortable as the plastic pressed against the wrist as opposed to webbing handles that mould to your body shape.None of these observations would stop me from recommending these to individuals, but I would not necessarily recommend them to someone training a large number of varied clients.

Useful, handy but not very durable.
Great looking bit of equipment, they look like they would be very sturdy and hard wearing, however the blue one only lasted 5 months before one end snapped off. I had a similar situation with a green one which lasted about 4 months. Thought the green one was a one off but after the blue also broke I suspect not.

After reading reviews for hours and hours I found these were the best for my situation
These are great to build up resistance in your arms. I am a Paraplegic and needed something to build up resistance in my Arms after being bedridden for months from a car collision. Since I'm sitting and can't stand up I have found that these bands work best if you buy the door anchor for the Dynapro bands and the band's are very long which is another plus if your sitting and can't stand. If the band's are to long you can shorten them up to the lenght you need. The yellow bands are very light so if your wanting more resistance go up to another color something I wished I would have done.I spent hours reading reviews on resistance bands looking for something that would be long enough and these bands were the longest I could find at 66 inches the other ones run 36 inches and I saw one that was 46 inches.Hope my review helps. Please don't Drink/Text & Drive it's not worth it. You're putting others on the road at rIskandar as much as your putting yourself.

Great for all adult ages if you want to be able to keep moving!
Great for all adult ages! As a 67 year old female, I am most happy with these resistance bands. I can see a difference in my shoulder muscle tone and mass as well as legs in a week or more of use. It is suggested that every hour we try to move our muscles, so even sitting I can do leg bends (quadriceps), foot points, biceps curls, triceps and shoulders. In less than 5-10 minutes I can do 50 repetitions of each muscle group (I started out with 15). The one arm row while standing has made my back stronger. I was sitting and reading too much and it got harder to walk long distances but this has helped.I am starting with the yellow band and it works for all these moves well. My arms look better already. I also bought some 10 inch resistance bands for certain chair-arm exercise use but you could get along well with these as they are adjustable. There are great You Tube Videos just search for "exercises with resistance bands".

Turned this quality product into a complete home gym with a simple addition for less than $10.
The handles are good, not the cheap ones found on other similar bands. The system or reducing the length, once you get used to it, is very helpful in adjusting the length and resistance to make it useful for a variety of exercises. Fifteen minutes a day, with a balanced routine, is all it takes to keep in shape with these. I have them in several resistance levels and colors. To make them more useful, I made a foot anchor out of a very strong 5/8 steel hook using fender washers on each side and placed in the middle of a two foot piece of wood intended for shelf use and bought for a few dollars. This allows me to hook the rubber tube between my feet, step on the board, do squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses, curls, side pulls, high pulls, and much more. For less than ten bucks it turned it into a whole home gym.

Would reccomend for any workout that requires a resistance band
I have used this resistance band about 3 times so far during my 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts. I bought this resistance band instead of the one that Beachbody sells because the beachbody band had terrible reviews. I am happy to review that I have had zero issues with this band. I will admit I was a little confused about the ball that you shove in the hole in the handle to adjust the length, it just didn't seem like it was going to stop the band from snapping in my face! I youtubed a video about how to adjust this band and it was exactly what I thought but I felt better after double checking. I've had zero issues using this band. I would absolutely reccomend it.

They seem to be well made and are long enough and stretch enough to allow me to comfortably do all the moves without modificatio
So I wanted to post this review to hopefully help others that are looking for the same thing as me.I started the 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts and needed a resistance band that was long enough to be able to do the moves without modification. I tried the Beachbody bands themselves (odd resistance?) and had some other ones that were shorter that just didn't stretch enough. These absolutely fit the bill. They seem to be well made and are long enough and stretch enough to allow me to comfortably do all the moves without modification. The handles are comfortable to hold and the multiple resistances allow you to increase the resistance as you get stronger. So, if you're looking for bands for the beachbody workouts, look no further. These are great!

These bands are exactly what I was looking for!
These bands are exactly what I was looking for! The ability to adjust the band length was the key. I am a bow hunter and recently went through some health issues that zapped my muscle strength. By shortening the bands, I am able to simulate the action of pulling back the bow and getting back the strength that I need. I purchased all 5 bands that way I can work my way back up to 50 lbs,of pull. These bands are extremely sturdy and are all they claim to be. Just a word of warning...double check the handles before you use for the first time. Make sure they are snapped together tightly.

Very good product. Convenient and very effective.
I have a very well-equipped home gym, but cable flyes are missing. Now that I am getting back into lifting, I want to add some chest cable flyes to my workout.I went to the gym in town where the "big guys" lift just to look around. I was considering joining the gym simply to get access to the cable flyes. I wanted to target my upper pecs with cable flyes. I discussed my situation with the receptionist at the gym and she recommended getting some bands for home use. She said that it would "save me some money." What a great tip!I had never heard of using bands before so I looked up some videos on-line and liked what I saw. I finally decided on getting the DYNAPRO three-band set (yellow, red & green). I am extremely pleased with my purchase. They work exactly as advertised. I use them in my home gym during each workout. I use the bands for both "incline" and "decline" chest cable flyes, and they work great for that purpose. I also use these bands for bicep curls and tricep extensions. Very convenient and very effective. For people who travel, these bands are a small and extremely lightweight item to simply toss into the suitcase or the car. Then you can get in a quick workout while one-the-road, wherever you are.Additional thoughts:* Unless you are an absolute beginner with weights/exercising or have a particular physical impairment/injury or are doing physical rehab work, my opinion is that the yellow band (the "weakest" one) is basically worthless. I purchased the three-band set (yellow, red & green) and I only use the red and green bands. Also, I have just purchased the blue band ("extra heavy") because I know I am ready to use it with some exercises.* I have only used my bands for about three weeks, but they seem to be in perfect shape. No sign of wear & tear, but only time will tell.* My preference is to never adjust the bands. It's not necessary. You can either alter your position to increase the bands tension/resistance (e.g., by stepping further away from where the band is anchored), or simply buy another heavier band. You can also choose to do more reps for any given exercise.* Finally, my opinion is that these bands are very safe and that there's virtually no possibility of hurting oneself if the bands are used properly. Of course, if the band were to break or snap, that would be a different issue.* I never received the instruction guide from DYNAPRO that is supposed to be e-mailed to me "when the product is shipped." This hasn't occurred, twice. However, when I initially purchased my first set of bands I also purchased a laminated two-poster set of resistance band exercises from QuickFit. These posters show a large variety of resistance band exercises. Inexpensive and very helpful.* I never did join the gym. However, I did go back to thank the receptionist in-person.Excellent product. Highly Recommend.

Well Designed Product, Very Comfortable To Use...
Here's an honest-to-goodness product that is nicely designed and well made, not to mention very comfortable to use. I LOVE the padded handles! Note that there is an interesting little device attached to them (which can be removed, if so desired). It is there for the purpose of shortening the resistance tubes (or re-lengthening them) should that become necessary. I like that feature and have not seen it anywhere before. The instructions to use it could be clarified a bit, but it isn't difficult to figure out. All in all, it is a very nice set of bands that I have already put to good use. However, I do want to mention one thing that does not detract from my rating: a handle in one of the D-rings completely popped out while a band was under stress, something that is NEVER a good thing! I popped it back into place and it has been fine ever since. It does not seem that there was any product defect. I suspect that on the assembly line there was someone who didn't quite get their job done right, but who knows? For me it was a good reminder that bands and handles and such should be quickly inspected before each use.

Nice Packaging and Firm Grasp on Handles
I bought these for my husband after I broke his last pair from stretching them too much while completing bicep curls. My husband is very fit, he weight trains and does Muay Thai training a few times a week. In between structured workouts and training, he uses resistance bands ALL THE TIME at home so getting the broken pair replaced was a major priority in our household. My husband reported that he is very happy with the new resistance bands. He was impressed by the packaging and commented that he liked how that there was a good firm grasp on the handles. I will wait a few months and check back in about the durability of the product; however, so far so good. Another happy customer.

Don’t expose them to sunlight.
Any direct sunlight makes these crack like a vampire. I kept two of them in a bag that was never exposed to sunlight and the others hanging on the key rack which is exposed to secondhand sunlight. The ones in the bag have been functional and usable and are what you expect in a band. The others peeled and cracked after a couple weeks of indirect sunlight.

Red band has torn a few times with only once ...
Red band has torn a few times with only once weekly use... bought them about 9 months ago and just kept shortening the band each time it tore... other bands I have are still find and show very minimal wear... this one though would show tears in the material after just a handful of uses.EDIT: After posting this review I was contacted by DynaPro and they sent a replacement band free of charge.. this one appears to be much sturdier than the last one... you've got to love a company that stands behind their product!
