My order arrived yesterday, and to begin with I was very surprised at how small the package was. Everything was so neatly and compactly stored inside, which already demonstrated TopTier as an eco-friendly manufacturer. I couldn't wait to give this product a try and boy was I AMAZED at how well it worked!!This cleaning system is so easy to operate and has made my wood floor so shiny clean and feeling (and smelling) so good that I'm almost giddy with happiness (not kidding!).If you're like me and hate mopping (believe me when I tell you that I definitely viewed this as a CHORE) then you HAVE to get the X3 Mop! It's the BEST purchase I've ever made! Thank you TopTier, you've made me want to clean my floors more often now because this product is so easy to use :D

Loving this mop! I'm using it to wash walls with 8 years of nicotine on them. So far so good, much easier than getting up/down a ladder and using arm strength at 65 to wash. Kind of skeptical of the handle as it flexes quite a bit but then again I guess it needs to somewhat. So far so good, great invention! Took me 5 minutes to wash down my bathroom and now I'm on my bedroom. The ceiling isn't as easy as the walls but I'll get through it! 5 Stars in my book!

Overall the best mop we ever used. Idea of separating dirty water is great! We have a 3 yo kid and use the mop all the time, literally 2-5 times a day. It's easy to use, always clean and good looking too. One issue, however, it probably have a week spot, and just snapped yesterday 😳 But after so much time of daily usage I guess it's not that bad after all. Pretty durable. We'll definitely buy new one, because we really love that one!Giving 4 stars, because snapped part could be a bit more durable as it's always under some pressure while using.

I’ve been using the swifter mop, taking the pads off and throwing them out, but I found out I wasn’t using the whole moped and it really wasn’t cleaning as well as I hoped. I didn’t like that I had to do mop head for the bathroom and then another one for the kitchen and throw them both out this way, I can clean both floors and scrub the mop head really well and the dirty word doesn’t touch the clean mop head again very easy to use

This mop & bucket set works great. I was looking at other designs and this one is exactly what I was looking for. It separates the dirty water from the cleaning solution.At first I thought it was small, but it turned out to be the perfect size for a small apartment. I can disassemble the mop handle so everything can be stored away in the bucket. It holds about 1 gallon of cleaning solution which is enough to clean a small apartment without refilling. The drain hole makes it very easy to empty the dirty water reservoir so you can refill with ease. It makes cleaning simple and easy.I read the reviews about the mop handle, but I still bought it to see if it's as bad as they say it is. It feels very sturdy to me. Everything is easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. The only gripe I have is that it's mostly made out of plastic. I hope the parts last a long time. It does come with lifetime warranty as per their website... ""Lifetime Warranty: Yes that's right, if your X3 Mop breaks for any reason we will send you a replacement free of charge, for life!""

First off, this is towards the better parts of a 3 star review. I already recommended to a friend and she also loves it. Let's get to the pros and cons.Pros: So far, 61: It comes with 3 mops heads that do VERY well in capturing the dirt and hairs my broom failed to catch.2: Machine washable mop pads. MACHINE. WASHABLE. MOP. PADS!!!!!! I cannot STRESS how important this is. Hand wash, machine wash, doesn't matter. Anything that'll get me to not spend so much money on single use, glorified floor wipes (they smell so good though!!) that dry out if you don't close the container properly. If you're reluctant to throw this in with your wash, give it a good rinse in the tub first. It'll be fine. No weird odor transfer so far with my other cleaning rags and mats.3: The chambers separating the clean and dirty water makes mopping cleaner, with minimal contaminated water contact. When you dip the mop to "wash" it, obviously your newly dirtied mop pad goes in the water but so much of it gets strained out, that the amount that DOES touch the water, hardly matters.4: The height of the mop bar makes it easy for people of different heights to use.5: It pivots to reach under coffee tables, people who don't want to move, stools/chairs (which I still move the chairs anyway, but it's neat!)6: It takes up so little space! Since it's more vertical, it fits into smaller nooks of my already small living space and that's ALWAYS a bonus in my book.Cons: 4 pretty small ones, but #2 is a little major for some people1: I don't know if it's just me, but the mop pads are a little hard to replace. The mop doesn't want to let it go!!! It's equal parts funny and frustrating. At least it stays in place well.2: The mop stick is not that sturdy. Ohhh boy. I can't tell you how many times I thought I was going to snap it. You can see it visibly bend, but it never cracked or stays permanently bent. I'm an aggressive mopper. Heavy handers beware.3: Although it's rectangular and pivots to get into corners, it's never truly clean. I don't know if the plastic that holds the mop pad is JUST too big, but it prevents the mop pad from reaching the corners. I often find myself using a wet paper towel/wipe/whatever to scoop out anything that gets missed, but that's only a small portion of the floor.4: The crevices in smaller bathroom tiles can prove to be difficult to clean. I'd rather grab those scrubbing brooms and use the mop to pick up the excess water. That's to be expected for those types of tiles though!Would bump up to 4 stars if the overall product was a better quality, but it does get the job done for sure!

I absolutely love this mop! We have white tile floors, a muddy backyard and a large outdoor loving dog so frequent moping is a must. This is so easy to quickly use and does a great job. The scrubber that cleans the mop pad and wrings the dirt water into the separate compartment is magic! I will add that the original handle would not stay connected but a quick email to the seller and they sent me a replacement no question which locks together tightly as it’s supposed to. Highly recommend this product!

Yo compré el mismo producto con otros proveedores y se rompía la fibra con la que trapeas muy fácilmente.Me encanta más que los trapeadores convencionales porque puedo darle una tallada al piso o la pared y el agua que uso es menos

There are few things that I found that work well on my off-white porcelain floors, but this is one - perhaps because I'm using clean water to wash the floors and redunking into a dirty water tank.

Really love this mop. Easy to use, does indeed separate dirty water from clean. Mop pad is machine washable an easy to attach. Bucket is very light though and feels flimsy, I feel like I have to be very careful with it. Hope it will last
