Clear and useful – but quite minimal
This little book does exactly what it says – it gives you all the required scales and arpeggios for ABRSM Grade 1, clearly laid out and easy to follow. It's great for beginners or anyone preparing for the exam and just wants a good reference.That said, it’s very minimal. If you're completely new to scales, you might want to pair it with a teacher or a more detailed book that explains the how, not just the what.Still, it’s compact, clear, and does the job. A useful companion for practice, especially if you’re following the ABRSM route.
