Use these with 16mm planter stakes. Fit is consistent. These stakes hold up well in UV and heat over many years of use. I have several sets for trellis construction in raised planter beds.

This veg support system is the best I've come across. It is totally adjustable, can be put into any configuration that suits your garden. As the plant grows, you simply add connectors up the pole to support the new branches & fruit/vegetables. I use the tallest stakes available with this system and it tends to fit my tomato plants just fine. The only downside I can think of is it is a little pricey, BUT it can be used over & over. I've had mine for over ten years and just recently bought more for more plants. I have a very small side yard garden, so I don't require a lot of support systems.

Giving good review even though the clip part is too big for our stakes. Didn't know they came in different sizes. That's on me.

They are ok but do not work properly with the other part!

I love the whole system that these stakes are part of - easiest I've EVER used and I've tried them all. The upright stakes (not part of this order) go in easily and the supports are great but there just weren't enough of them. I found these to supplement my set up and I've been so happy to have them. They are supportive, but bendable enough to be easy to install. Best yet, they can be moved up and down easily to accommodate the plant's growth. I just keep adding more to the top and occasionally removing one from the bottom. Three words: I love these!

Works with regular garden stakes. Perfect to help train and support your tomato plants as they grow over the summer.
