I want to know where these sponges have been all my life! These are some amazing sponges for an amazing price and they are worth every penny. The maker of these sponges also have others for specific needs like scrubbing and nonabrasive. I will say up front that these sponges are smaller and thinner than your typical sponge but not by much. What they lack in size they make up in durability. A single sponge will last a long time. I used my first sponge for a month. Now I did disinfect it in the dishwasher several times even when I disposed of it it was still durable and just like the day I used it first but I did not want to push using a sponge that long. A single box of these will last you months. The thing I like best about this product is the fact that is highly biodegradable and is made from natural materials you can even add it to your compost. This particular sponge is non abrasive so you don't have to worry about it scratching your nice cook ware and China and even though it is nonabrasive it still get's the job done. I thing anyone especially those who like to shop with mother nature in mind will love this product.Normally products that are all natural and biodegradable or made from recycled materials are very exspensive but you can't beat the price. I just bought a second pack of sponges even though I am not even half way through my first box. I have been using my first box for six months and have not even gotten halfway through them but for the price I decided to go ahead and stock up while I had the extra money. Normally I would do a Pro and Con with a product but this is a rare product and I could not find anything negative with it.

If you are looking for a sponge to clean with a very soft rough side look no further. The abrasive side will work for maybe a few days. The turns a tad rougher than the soft sponge side. You get a bunch of sponges. But if abrasive is what you desire keep looking! I waited to long and couldn't return. Cleaning power sucks! Absorbency is okay but very thin. Stickiness why would you want a sticky sponge? Eco friendly the are very cheap.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the use of these sponges. They are scratch resistant to dishes I have scrubbed, and the scrubbing ability definitely exceeded my expectations. And the fact that they are eco-friendly is very important to me. The stiffness of the sponges is irrelevant to me. The only thing that could be better was the thickness of the sponges but overall an amazing product for the price.

The product is of acceptable quality; however, the sponges are smaller and thinner than standard scrub sponges.

I was a little worried about the quality when I first received these sponges, mostly due to the fact that they are vacuum sealed in a bag and look like flat bricks. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the bag and the sponges puffed back up to their normal size. They are soft, yet the scrubby side does a great job of cleaning. They absorb a lot of water and I am hopeful that they will hold up for a long time! The price was fantastic!

I don't have a dishwasher so I wash dishes and call it free therapy! When I opened the package, I was surprised that the sponges were thin, unlike the normal sponges I've used. On the back of the package there's a "Friendly Reminder" that reads, "Take it out ... and leave it to expand a few minutes to its original full size and fluffy absorbent nature." I'm not sure what that means! ... (I digress.) When washing dishes I find it easier to manipulate around glass and cup rims, the thin sponge fits my hands better and glides over the surfaces of plates. I will buy again, and perhaps update my review after I've used it for a while to test its endurance. 5 STARS!

The good:This 24 pack is great to make sure you do not run out of sponges.They're priced well for the amount in the package.They don't stain easily, which is important to me. That means they won't collect mildew easily, permitting they are squeezed out after each use.They seem to hold on to soap quite well.The bad:The abrasive part of the sponge did not hold up. I pulled about 10 small boxes with dishes and silverware in them from after my move and washed everything with these sponges.Sadly, I went through about 3 of them so far due to the abrasive part turning soft, peeling off and no longer being effective for their intended purpose.The sponge part of the three I used are still good and being used for cleaning around the house, so not a real loss.I will likely buy these sponges again, but not for dishes. They do seem to make great counter and sink cleaning tools.Store unused new sponges in a seal container or bag. Keeps them from drying out and ready to ise
