It is crappy, doesn't work as described and is not eligible for return. I am going to reach out to Amazon customer service for more support because I might as well have thrown my money in the garbage 🗑

Sure the product works but it would take 3 years to get rid of all your teeth calculus. Don’t waste your time buying Ultra Sonic plaque removers. Especially this garbage since you can’t even return it

No sirve para nada, no gasten su dinero en esto
Simplemente no sirve para nada el producto, lo que dice en su descripción del antes y después de usarlo es mentira, simplemente lo abrí y lo vi y no sirve para nada, hace mejor trabajo un hilo dental, además está carísimo, de verdad no pierdan su dinero ni su tiempo, el proveedor hace lo imposible por no responder y no puedan hacer su devolución, tengan cuidado.
