Im wanting to cosplay a male character who has a muscle body and wears a tight fitted shirt shirt. When i get a shirt over this what is a good size sh

I would suggest wearing a nylon T-shirt that has a lot of stretch.

Hi Xane Sanchez, yes the material is waterproof so you can wear it under water

I’m 4 feet 11 inches, my chest is 42 inches and my waist is 40. Would a large size be too long for me?

If they have medium get that one but be aware they dont breathe and they weigh about 30 pounds which I wasn't expecting.

Would this fit a plus size person? Im about 250

Yes! It stretches nicely! Get a large you should be great!
