Great Set! Great Value!
This set is just as good or better than the more expensive and similar adjustable sets. They take up very little space. Going from 10,20,30,40,50 lbs. is easy and fluid with the mechanism provided for adjusting. This set is versatile enough to be your complete home gym.

Awesome Adjustable Dumbbells That Come In A Pair
These dumbbells are great for a home gym. 50lbs set is more than enough to make some gains in muscle mass and strength. I love them because they are easy to adjust and its so compact that I don't have to waste a lot of space buying multiple pairs. Not to mention how costly that would be.The only thing I wish these dumbbell pairs had we're 5lbs increments -> Two 2.5lb weights. There is a way to do it, just make sure to place your hands on the dumbbell handle closer to the side where additional 5lb weight is located. It is a little awkward at first, but its easy to get used to.If the dumbbell had maybe an accessory that would allow to attach 2.5lb weights on both sides that would be awesome. That way I can do 5lb increments with normal hand placement rather than have my thumb knuckle pressed against the weights because of the awkward hand placement.Otherwise its a great set of dumbbells and I would highly recommend others to get this as well. Its perfect for an entry level small gym.I paired these dumbbells with the Flybird bench which can support up to 800lbs apparently. Great set up overall with minimal space usage.

So far they work great
I've only had these for about 2 months and so far they work just fine. I was looking to extend my home gym with dumbbells without breaking the bank. I found these to be one of the cheapest adjustable dumbbells and decided to take a chance. So far I'm glad I did. They come in a set (2 total) and go from 10lbs to 50lbs.DetailsThe good: First off I really like the feel of the grip. Nice grooved pattern that feels good in my hands, feels sturdy. Next, it is very easy to adjust your weights. Just pull the tab, go to your desired weight and lock it in. So far I have had no problems with the weights falling off or not locking into place. Very simple to use. Last, they don't feel too bulky like others I've seen when you have a lot of weight on them. The plates themselves are slim and don't get in the way.The not so good: The only real complaint that I have with these is in the instructions, your not supposed to do any 5's weight with these. For example no 15lbs 25lbs 35lbs etc. You are only supposed to do whole numbers. Technically you could still do the 15lbs, 25lbs etc. The only thing is each dumbbell would be uneven with weight. For example, if you were to do 15lbs on one dumbbell, one side would have 10lbs and the other end would only have 5lbs. Might feel kinda funny in your hands but nothing that would stop me from doing it. I guess the only reason they tell you not to do it is for any safety concerns.Overall, if these dumbbells hold up to the test of time, they will definitely be worth the money. Cheaper compared to other big name brands and they seem to work well.

3-month Review | Must Have for Home and Office Use
I love this DB set and highly recommend this set.Summary:- Great design- Clip for changing weight works perfectly (fast, easy to use)- Not sure I would recommend dropping from bench or for push ups- My secondary set, in home office, used for quick sets throughout workday (great excuse to get up from computer)Full Review:I had been shopping for adjustable DBs for a while but hadn't committed to any because of their bulky designs. A couple of years ago, I finally found some that you could adjust by rotating the handle but there were so many bad reviews that I held off a little longer. Glad I did! The sliding bolt on these is a perfect solution. Fast and easy to adjust the weights.I read the reviews stating that plates slide off and was scared of purchasing. I'm glad that I did finally end up getting them. In the 3 months that I've had these, I've done curls, overhead tri extensions, shoulder presses, standing rows, DB squats and haven't had any issues whatsoever. It is important to note that these are a secondary set for me and I keep them in my home office. I don't do bench exercises with them (ie: press or flies), nor do I press or roll them on the ground (ie: DB pushup into single arm row). I have a hex DB set and rack for all of that in the garage. I mainly use these for a quick set of full body exercises a few times throughout the day. It's a good excuse to get up and away from the computer. I'll do a few push ups, DB rows, a few crunches, then stand up for shoulder press, curls, and overhead tri extensions. Then I'll max them to 50 and hold for grip/forearm burn. Sit back down and do a couple of hours of work before repeating that circuit. I usually get in 3 to 5 of these sets by the end of day.Makes it a lot easier, having these behind me. No more need to go to garage (over 105f in there), and have to switch out the dumbbells, etc. So much easier to spin chair around, get up, do set. Drop DBs into holder, quickly switch weights, pick up, do reps, and so on until set/circuit is complete.Don't slam them, don't drag them on floor/mat/carpeting, treat them as if you were using them on a second floor apartment and don't want to make noise for tenant below, and these should last you a lifetime.

Great product
This is a great product and value when compared to similar products. It's no easy to find adjustable dumbbells that go up to 50 pounds. I also like that it works in increments of 5 pounds. It can be a little tricky to get used to how to place them in the tray, but once you get it, it's easy. They're a great space saver and allow me to lift heavier without having a full set of dumbbells.

Best of its kind
I have been looking for an adjustable dumbbell set. I actually purchased a pair of Power Blocks and returned them almost immediately. The power blocks are extremely clumsy and poor form fuctions. The block gets in the way of most exercises. The Proform are just about perfect. They have the classic form factor we all want with the ease of adjustments. Well made and exactly what i was looking for.

Mismo fabricante que Norditrack
Excelente calidad, el hecho que se mantengan planas las hace mucho más cómodas.

Worth every penny factoring the competition
The fact the the weights stay small when you use a smaller weight level is highly beneficial. You can always have a full range of movement for your excercises. The quick weight system is solid enough. 5/5 for value

Super excited about these dumbbells
Not only was delivery super quick and brought directly to my unit - the weights are a great size and feel great. Steel handles feel just like real dumbbels and adjusting is easy. Ive done a few workouts (shoulder press, curls, shrugs etc) using them and no issues with weights feeling like they may slip off or shift in any way. I don't think I would recommend doing an exercise like a tricep extension over head holding onto the plates themselves vs the actual handles just in case but other then that, they feel great!
