Doesn't taste good at all and doesn't taste like a high-end Japanese style Demi glace

This demi-glace sauce is as sweet as jam and is completely unbelievable. I have never tasted demi-glace sauce like this in France or Japan. I only tasted it and threw it all away. I feel like I wasted my money. I'll just have to keep making it myself until I can find Heinz Japanese demi-glace sauce in the US. I gave it one star because I had no choice.

I must say , this isn't really Japanese high end restaurants Demi-Glace sauce. Nothing like it. Thier Demi glace sauces are much more adult taste and much closer to authentic french restaurants Demi-Glace sauce. This Mishima foods Chef Troy's Demi-Glace sauce is much closer to like American BBQ sauce to my mind.It's got beefy tastes. But texture and tastes wise it's Regular American BBQ sauce. Very too sweet and thick . I don't know who is Chef Troy but he seems to have chef experiences in French cuisines and have or had worked at Beverly Hilton hotel Los Angeles . But this sauce was waaay off from what you can taste from Real Japanese high-end french restaurants. It was so bad I was gonna flush it in a toilet of Mitsuwa market Del Amo CA. LMAO 🤣

My whole family like the flavor. But a little less sweetness would be perfect for me.
