Clarity, Richness
Wow, I LOVE these bulbs, I’m a photographer who’s been shooting for 10 years but light is always a problem for me. LED and fluorescent lights give me headaches and migraines and I got so tired of looking at their ugly color rendering. I did a deep dive on CRI, SSI, and TLCI, and came to the conclusion I needed a regular bulb, but what bulb will be the best? Here it is. I am non stop talking about these bulbs, they produce such a beautiful angelic light that is so pure and soft. I thought I ordered the 60w but I guess it was the 56w so a little less bright but still, these are the clearest and prettiest bulbs I’ve ever used it was like opening my eyes for the first time

One burnt out after three weeks
Because I dislike the clinical light from standard LED bulbs (interferes with my color perception), I replaced them with Chromalux bulbs in my kitchenette and dining area. Unfortunately the bulb in the kitchenette went kaput this morning. That's why I gave three stars for value.Otherwise I highly recommend Chromalux bulbs for the natural light they impart.

One of two lightbulbs lasted 2 minutes before it died ...
I had ordered two lightbulbs. Their light is very nice. However, one of the two worked for only about 2 minutes, and then died without external impact or other apparent cause. Not sure if it's due to poor quality of the lightbulb, or whether this seller sold me a defective product.

If LED's give you migraines, get these
I HATE those LED lights--makes everything look like a bad dream--ugly and harsh. NO WAY.I don't need to do surgery in my living room, so I'm not interested in super bright lighting anyway.These light bulbs are the old fashioned incandescent kind--they last for years--or at least they always have in the past. They are FULL SPECTRUM and make the lighting in your home so beautiful, peaceful and gentle on those with stressed out brains prone to migraines.Been buying this brand for 30 years--not often because they last!I hope they never stop making these.Love these bulbs.

Best quality brand of lighbulbs and dependble.
Best quality light bulbs. The new ones out hurt my eyes, people are demanding that they brings these back.

Beautiful light but not a good buy
I loved the lighting, put 2 in fixture above bedroom, and one burned out in about 3 weeks. Amazon refunded, but wanted me to return in original packaging which I did not have, and reminded them it would be broken glass in a box most likely when reached destination. I ordered a single bulb to replace the quickly burned out one in the fixture. Then the old bulb burned out a few days later far less than what was reported in the ad. Sent email to company asking if they had any suggestions with them, but they never replied to my request. So, I'm not ordering these expensive short lasting bulbs again.

Needed
Hard to find regular lightbulbs. I needed it for my back porch. The newer bulbs wouldn't shut off even with the switch being in the office position. Expensive, but what are you gonna do ...

color/brightness is 5-stars... life of the bulb is 1-star...
i knocked off 2 stars b/c i bought these in january 2025 and end of july 2025, one of the two already went out... :(i love the brightness & color and that they are not LEDs... too expensive only b/c it died in 7 months... i don't mind paying more for true quality products that last a reasonable length of time... 7 months is too short, imo...
