A Beautiful Hydrangae
The media could not be loaded. Arrived as promised and a beautiful plant with two lovely blooms. Thick, healthy and ready for my garden. Was apprehensive based on other negative reviews (no leaves, dormant, dead, etc.) but this is early July and I have a garden with other hydrangea plants in full bloom - that's when you should order these plants (Spring to Summer) and not in the middle of Winter then whine because they are bare or look dead. These plants do go dormant, lose their leaves and look weak and dead-like. A little expensive but well worth it. I have blue, white, lavender and now the red raspberry. Note: to keep the blue a true blue the soil must be more acidic than alkaline. Try Miracle-Gro Miracid Acid-Loving Plant Food it works for me!Update: added photos 1 month later. (July 2023)Update: added photos 1 year later (June 2024) - She is still doing strong. It is June and buds are already appearing. She bloomed mid-July last year (her first year) and hopping to have more blooms this year. These plants are all grown in my garden on Russian Hill in San Francisco.

Very nice plant
The hydrangea was beautiful. Much larger than I expected, and the foliage was bright green and perfectly healthy. Overall a very pretty and happy plant.

Didn't come back the next year
I ordered 2 of these last summer (06/24). One looked great and one was just ok. Now this spring (04/25) neither are coming back. I'm hoping submitting this review will spur the actual vendor to contact me to rectify the situation.

Plastic bag zip tied over plant not good
This is a big and healthy plant surprisingly. I’m very happy with that. I’m not happy about the way it was shipped because they used a zip tie to clamp a plastic bag over the plant, and they broke several branches off not being careful about placing the zip tie.
