I wish I could've rated this product a zero star but that's not possible. The rakhis were simply sent in an envelope. The packaging is so poor. The rakhis were not put into any polythene pouches nor they had any individual packaging just like other rakhis have. They don't even match with the photos shown. I'm really disappointed with my purchase. Moreover this product is non returnable and I contacted the Amazon customer service a number of times still I received no proper solution from them. They assured me that the seller would contact me but he didn't. I seriously want my money back. The colors are faded and the quality of the rakhis are so poor I can't give these to anyone.
