Panel Dolly, 600 Lbs Capacity, Drywall Mover with 8" Non-Flat Wheels, Adjustable Clamp Panel Cart, Wood Mover, Fence Mover, Door Dolly KF4002

I needed a way to roll my 24' extension ladder around as it almost too heavy for one person to move. This panel dolly was perfect for the job! It came in a sturdy cardboard box, shrink wrapped to hold all the pieces together in a nice easy to handle bundle. There was no assembly instructions included but it was easy to put together. Included are two eight inch airless rubber wheels, four washers (two for each wheel, one washer is placed on the axle before the wheel is installed and the other washer is placed on the axle after the wheel is installed), my kit had three R-clip pins to fasten each wheel to its axle so I have a spare, there are two heavy duty 14" x 1" square chrome plated steel tubes, and 4 thumb nuts used to fasten the 8 1/2" tall heavy duty steel sliders to the tubes. The thumb nuts make it easy to adjust the width of the dolly to match your load. The box says the panel dolly can accommodate loads upto 9" wide but I found I can actually go almot to ten inches. The box says the clamping plates are 15"x16" but mine are actually 8 1/2" tall by 16" wide. For moving doors and paneling, I like the 8 1/2" tall height. With loads, the panel dolly rolls very nicely. This tool will make a nice addition to my tools. If your looking for a well built, heavy duty panel dolly, you should try this one out. I am sure you'll like it as much as do.

I used two of these to move a 400 lb maple dining table. I removed the legs from the table and wrapped it in shrink wrap then added thick cardboard to the place these trolleys would have squeezed. I then placed the trolleys on the protected areas and tightened reasonably tight then hand wrapped the table to the trolleys to avoid them slipping off by accident during the move. Basically, I made the table and trolleys one unit.Worked like a dream. Just be careful with lateral stress on the wheels as the axel clamps are not strong enough to take that abuse. Just roll forward and backward only and lift the wheels off the ground for more extreme turns.

I used this product when moving. After attaching it to the mattress, it made it easier to move around. Love it!

I move window wall panels around all day. I just got this and now my job is easy. Some of the pieces weigh more than 200 pounds. I was sliding them across a concrete floor. Now they balance and roll smoothly. Great investment. I use it every day

I didn’t have a huge amount of weight in it but when it gets any side pressure at all it tends to let the tires slide away from the rims. Other than that it gets the job done

I winced a bit at the cost of this item, but reviews of cheaper versions talked of frequent weld-failures in their products, so I took the plunge. I need a way to move a heavy table from place to place over sometimes-uneven ground, and this dolly worked perfectly. I also do considerable woodworking and because of that, this tool will see its intended-use exercised regularly as well. I have flirted with the idea of an inflatable-tire wheel set for "off pavement" use, but will wait on exercising that option...though glad to have it there because of the parts used to construct this item.

Stacked 4 sheet of 3/4 plywood and rolled into the house by myself. Super easy way to go

j'ai 75 ans ,je dois me ménager, présentement j'ai défait un garage pour le localiser ailleur sur mon terrain ,j'ai défait les murs en section de 8 a 12 pieds, avec mon voisin, j'ai roulé le mur a soixante pieds sans efforts,et des feuilles de contre-plaqué 3/4, un seul bémol, les roues devrait etre pneumatique pour rouler mieuxsur gravier(ce que je vais faire).

I had to drill out the box beams so the thumb turns would lock the mouth in place. I use it for moving steel doors during large commercial warehouses construction. Rolls over extension cords on slab no problems. A bit pricey… but solid and fuctional.

Axles through the wheels are not strong enough for heavy loads but fine for a few sheets of ply or plasterboard.
