This stuff is brilliant, and definitely better than what you'd get from a supermarket. So far I've used it for battenberg and red velvet cake, both of which were eaten before I could take photos! The tub seems small but it's a gel texture and a little goes a long way. It's just as vibrant after baking, and doesn't alter the taste. Obviously it stains everything it touches so beware of that! I got the yellow one too and that's equally effective. Will buy again.

I always trust the sugarflair colours and this didn’t disappoint. I was asked to bake with ‘Tiffany’ coloured icing and this worked perfectly. Only a tiny bit needed and the developed of the colour over time didn’t change too much as some other food colourings tend to do.

This was very good food colouring. I needed a proper royal blue and that’s exactly what I got thank you.

The media could not be loaded. Used to make drip cup. Colour is nice and is a blood red, I found other ‘reds’ were not dark/rich enough to be blood red. I would suggest really working the paste first, as it has tiny bits in it. That then look clumpy in whatever you’re using it for. I did have to use quite a bit of it though, so it could do with being a bit more concentrated. Overall, happy.

Very vivid colour. It really is royal blue. Some colouring makes it light pastel but this product is really a rich deep blue. Would recommend and would definitely buy again. Ill try the other colours aswell.It did turn my tongue blue but its okay 👍🏻

Very strong food dye, but be warned, too much will dye your lips / tongue / skin.

The food colouring came out much paler than “graphite” once combined with frosting- it took a lot to make any impression on the white frosting whatsoever.
