The dispenser is perfect for the job, easy to open and use. The tablets are way to small and calculating the quantity needed for a very small pool is silly, and they dont seem to make any changes to the ph of the pool. Recommend getting better quality chlorine tablets.

Instructions would have been helpful, as don’t know how many tablets to use, how often, how long the chlorine tablets Lasts or how to correct the alkaline levels when the test says there is a problem

Package took a while to arrive, when it did it was damaged and the smell of chlorine was very strong. I suspected the packaging was ruined within the plastic package. Contacted seller who would not refund but offereed 30&% off cost price. I explained there was a 50/50 chance once I openeed the package that I would not be able to use the product so they then offered 50% refund. Opened package, really strong smell, but everyting seemed intact, though to echo what others have said, the tablets are very small and there is no labelling on the tub to say what the tablets are, or how much to put in the pool. In contrast another set I have since bought has a clear label and dosage instructions, so I know what they are and what to do!!!

Does what it says on the pack, again why does anything to do with pools have to come from China. Took ages to arrive and since it arrived the weather has turned wet and cold tablets dissolve quickly no matter what setting. Seems to work okay

Got my head around how long to leave it in the pool and how many tablets to put in over a week. Keep checking the correct levels of chlorine etc. keeps the water clean and kids safe so all good.

Strongly advise against this product. There is no chemical content list or dosage instructions. Considering they are supposed to be concentrated there is little to no smell of chlorine.Have been in discussion with seller for nearly a week. We have only been offered half our money back; at no point have they said this product is safe to use or offered information on why there is no dosage guide. I am now going through Amazon with my complaint.
