The instruction say keep in warm water for 3 to 5 seconds but they need to be laced in longer - they moulded to my mouth/ teeth perfectly

Exactly what I needed to use for my teeth whitening gel. Easy to follow instructions on how to get them to conform to your teeth. Mine didn’t turn out perfect, but they keep the gel on my teeth.

Jaime bien le principe du produit mais le moule ne s’ajuste pas bien malgré que je l’ai mis dans l’eau chaud. Après 5 min ma mâchoire se contracte pour tenir le moule en place.
