We use these all the time, love the Spode blue and white collection. They are on the smaller side, so if you have larger cups check the size.

These coasters are beautiful and a great deal for the price - though it is hard to see in the photos, they have a curved lip on their fronts, rather than being smooth across. They also do have a ceramic ring underneath without any soft backing - that can theoretically grind against soft surfaces, but they never harmed my table. Regardless, I wanted the ability to smoothly move the coaster across my table without fear of it scratching, so I decided to add a backing. I opted for cork, as it maintains better over time than felt. If you feel like being crafty and spending a little extra time to make these coasters perfect, grab some cork with adhesive backing, find a cup or circular device that fits perfectly into the bottom circular lip of the coaster, trace the bottom shape of this cup onto a piece of paper and cut it out, and use this new circle template to trace circles onto the cork and cut them out, applying to the inside of the ring on the bottom of the ceramic coasters. I originally tried a cork thickness of 2mm, which was as thick as the ceramic ring and thus still allowed it to touch the table while adding a smooth backing inside of it. I preferred having it not touch at all, so I opted for a thickness of 1/8” (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0BJ6KVF2S?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title) which protrudes beyond the ceramic ring and allows for a completely smooth surface. The improved coaster does have the tendency to tilt a bit if pressed from the edges, but it’s so minimal and hasn’t been an issue for me.
