I took a star off each for the Vitamin C and Minerals. The vitamin C was so off-putting for our family. There’s something in the flavor and texture that’s just…ick. We won’t buy those again. The minerals, well, didn’t notice any difference and, because I’m almost expert level with supplements because I’ve had to become one over the past 10 years, I’d notice and I didn’t.The shining star of this trio is the D3 K2! So effective it’s very noticeable in terms of my inflammation, joint pain, etc. and were quite diminished. Next time I can afford it AND it’s not out of stock (it sells out FAST), I’m getting it again. Best D3 supplement I’ve ever taken and I’ve tried several that I thought were fine until I found this gem. Dr. Berg’s D3 K2 for the win!

I like the size and dosage for these supplements. Just one pill each per day. They are easy to swallow. The Vitamin C is a chewable. It is chalky, but also not disgusting. I'm not saying it is delicious, but the flavor isn't bad.I have confidence in Dr. Berg's products. I have always had a good experience. I like ordering his product through Amazon, because it is more cost effective here than via his website.

I love and Trust dr. Berg's products. However, I can't afford it anymore. And that's sad because there is no other product out there. That are cheaper or even come close to being similar to his products. I recommend if you can afford it buy it and use it.
