Don't want to knock this product to those who will be using for its intended use, but I tried them on my tractor tires, looking for better traction in the ice and packed snow. They do help somewhat as far as lateral stability goes - when plowing snow with the back blade, the tractor seems to have less tendency to slide to the side opposite of where the blade is pointed. I don't, however, see any improvement in forward traction and I have lost a few of them, which could result in flat tires in my car later on.So, if you're looking to use these outside of their designed purpose, I would suggest you look elsewhere. They do seem to be a nicely designed product, but I would consider my experiment a non-success. One thing to bear in mind: If you have AG type tires on your tractor, and the tread is much longer than my R4's, you might have more success keeping longer ones in the tire. Don't know, really, if the much more expensive carbide studs made especially for tractors are any better at staying in the tires.

You havnt felt grip until you use ice studs on the ice.

Kold kutters were way cheaper here than anywhere else they arrived fast and were exactly as described got them soon enough to get out on the ice
