Works great, even in an automatic cat litter tray.
We use this in a petkit automated litter tray. I've tried both clumping wood and clumping clay and this is by far my favourite. The clay leaves an awful clay residue on the machine that needs scraping off every few weeks. The clumping wood works well enough but can fail to completely encase the waste which leads to smearing on the machine as it rotates, again meaning increased cleaning. This corn product is my favourite. I did briefly try the garfield brand corn litter but I found when removing the waste tray it smelled of pissy doritos which was honestly vile (but to be fair no smell the rest of the time). I find this litter smells of acidic sweetcorn when "wet" which I find much less offensive.I've found in our rotating litter box that it clumps up great with liquids and absorbs the odours fantastically, while not getting stuck to the base of the machine when it rotates (the wood and clay litter clumps used to get stuck, leading to the entire litter bed being one large clump eventually). It also works for the... wetter.... solids our cat deposits: as soon as the tray rotates the solid is well-encased in corn which then allows it to fall into the waste tray without smearing the inside of the machine as clay and wood often did. This keeps the machine cleaner for longer. As a brief aside: I have tried it in a regular tray too and it works well but at least with our cat she prefers to consistently wee at the front and poo at the back so the front becomes one huge clump that takes up half the litter box after a day or so, which is then quite hard to scrape up off the litter box. I imagine if your cat goes more randomly, or you clean more frequently, this is less of an issue. I should say we have a similar issue with wood, and clay is MUCH harder to scrape off the litter box after this has happened.Tracking across the house is quite good, although we've found no litter that really eliminates tracking. This is certainly better than the clumping wood which went EVERYWHERE, and at least versus clay we don't have actual wet clay footprints: it can just be vacuumed. For us we find most of the tracking is limited around the litter box, which has an anti-tracking mat that takes most of it away. In the same room as the litter box itself there is limited tracking after a few days, and in the adjacent room it's fairly minimal. When the cat then jumps up to the sofa and cleans her feet we then get some tracking there but it's clean and is easily brushed to the floor: a robot vacuum that works on a schedule has been a life saver for us regarding tracking: our carpets previously were constantly "bitty"Overall easily my favourite litter for both value and functionality out of the ones I've tried from Amazon, Lidl, and Pets at Home.

Best affordable clumping litter I've found.
Best clumping litter I've found.Tried multiple clumping cat litters to try and find one like I used in the US called fresh step. This one is the best for clumping, though it leaves a mess outside the litter tray as it's used I highly recommend.I have a rubber mat in front of the litter tray door (I have a covered litter tray) and it catches a lot of the debris. My cat has long hair and long hair between her toes as a result and nothing gets stuck to her feet which was my main concern. Excess litter on the floor is easily vacuumed up! Not a strong baby powder smell which i guess is good for the cat and It's good value for money

Like others, bag was damaged
The product is fine, I've used many other brands of Bentonite based ultra clumping cat litter, and to be honest they all do the same job, well. But they also have the same drawback. This one is no different. It clumps the urine into concrete type lumps, which make it easy to remove the soiled litter from the tray. As long as your cat doesn't wee against the side, which causes it to stick there.Always have about 3" depth of litter in the tray, otherwise it'll stick to the bottom of the tray.Pro's Relatively cheapLasts a long timeOur cat is happy with itDaily removal = No smellCons It does not smell of baby powderIt is quite dusty (this type always is, even when they say they are not)If you don't remove soiled litter daily a smell can become noticable4* because if you claim that it smells of baby powder then it should smell of baby powder. I'm not expecting Johnson and Johnson, but it just smells of cat litter, like all the other Bentonite based ultra clumping litters.#Amazon For the love of god! Please, when delivering this item, put it in a box! This is the second bag I've received that's been damaged at some point. This one was still leaking from a 3" cut in the bag that hadn't been resealed properly. If it had been raining, I would have come home to a bag if concrete.

Effective, low-odour, and long-lasting — a solid alternative to wood or rocky litter
This is an incredibly functional litter that clumps well and makes cleaning up much easier. It’s great at hiding smells, and I’ve found it lasts longer than some others because the clumps are easy to scoop without needing to change the entire tray. The litter size is somewhere between woodchip and rocky types — fine enough to clump but not so dusty that it kicks up much when disturbed. It does get a little powdery over time, but noticeably less so than wood-based litter. It’s marketed as eco-friendly thanks to being corn-based, though I can’t personally vouch for the sourcing. Still, it feels like a step in the right direction compared to clay-based litters. The bag is durable and holds up well during storage and refills. That said, I’d prefer it to be paper-based like some other brands — it would better align with the eco credentials.Overall, a practical, reliable choice for cat owners looking for an unscented, clumping litter that balances performance with lower dust and solid odour control.
