This was the first ring light I’ve ever purchased, and overall it has worked really well. The light itself is great—I love the different color and brightness options, which make it easy to adjust depending on what you’re using it for. Once everything is set up, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. My only real negative is that there are a lot of small parts that completely unscrew when adjusting the phone holder or changing positions. If you misplace even one small piece, the setup can become basically unusable. My advice: keep a small baggie or container for the parts when you take it apart or store it. Overall, it’s a solid ring light, especially for a first-time buyer. As long as you’re careful with the small pieces, it’s a great value and works well.

On a personal level this light ring has served to be able to execute my work as an influencer, it has the variation of light flow, it controls the intensity, the tripod is quite adaptable to any surface including carpet, I suggest that an adapter for the cable be included in the power outlet.

The tripod works great, love that you can adjust and lock in each of the axes separately. It's so fast to set up and adjust, and it's stable enough to hold the weight of the ring light and phone. The ring light is also really helpful to have in the same piece of equipment. I did have an issue where one of the fasteners stopped working after the return period, but I reached out to the seller and they sent a replacement right away. Definitely would buy again knowing the seller will help you out if there's any issues.

It's a great tool, but the remote does not work so I am returning it.

I got this ring light for my teenage daughter to use use for pictures and videos, and it’s honestly been such a good little upgrade. What I love most about this product is the three legged tripod. It’s sturdy and has many height variations. The remote is also a handy feature and works great. The only complaint I have, and I’m wondering if it’s just me not knowing how to do it, is that the feature that allows the camera to tilt up and down seems to only go in one direction and the direction it tilts, is the incorrect direction. For example, if I want to record something I’m doing on my counter top and have the camera and light tilt down towards the counter, I can’t do that because it titles backward only. So the side of the ring light that doesn’t have light, is the side that tilts downward. I haven’t taken the time to really investigate this feature so it could just be me doing something wrong but look into it before buying.
