Shea butter/beeswax/olive oil base + lemon verbena = beautiful!
This lotion has a light consistency that very much deserves to call itself a body milk - creamy without being thick. My skin type is dry and sensitive, and it absorbs almost immediately, leaving a lovely lemon verbena scent. I've been using it on my arms and the rough skin on my elbows - it takes a bit of time to soften up the elbows, but the skin on my arms is left silky-soft. I'm especially sold on its nature-kind formulation: no sulphates, parabens, mineral oils, pthalates, petrolatum or paraffin. Instead, this has a shea butter and beeswax base, but the third ingredient, olive oil, must be responsible for its lighter, more liquid texture. Seriously, I love how few ingredients this has, and they're all obvious things, like seed oils and aloe. Love it.The only thing I think it could do better is the bottle. It's a rather strange style, to be honest, more like a squeezy shampoo bottle, but the plastic of the bottle is tougher. This would've been much better with a pump-action dispenser.

Give it some thought
SKIN & CO ROSEMARY AND VERBENAThis is another nice product from Skin & Co. A lovely silky lotion to pamper your skin. Comes in a plastic squeezy bottle with a top that delivers just a little bit onto your fingers, so no fear of wastage.Other reviewers have said all the salient points about it being good for dry skin etc with which I concur, but I really am not 100% sold on the smell of the product. At first I thought it was quite pleasant. Lemony, sort of but in an unusual way. However, after using it for a while I'm not sure I like it. I used the product on my legs and I think I am pleased it was no nearer to my nose. Could be somewhat invasive, but that is just my personal preference. There's a vast list of ingredients, but then a summary of the good stuff (organic) and the bad stuff (of which it does not appear to have any eg parabens). After careful thought I can only give this product three stars.

Its ok but not really the scent for me.
I chose this as thought it would be more of a light lemony smell but found the rosemary was dominent. This makes it more suited to older ladies than me or those who like rosemary scent a lot. The body milk went on easy enough but the milk ingredients had been thickened by xanthum gum and contained at least 2 ingredients with alcohol sounding names. The product has word gentle on the carton but if there is alcohol in it this can be drying for skin. It wasn't thickened just with the advertised cartons 'what's in it' beeswax but also with xanthum gum which is a far cheaper ingedient and given the top ingredient was aqua (water) makes it apparent this a dilute but thickened product. I would have preferred a non thickened product given it is meant to be a milk.

Highly recommended, but expensive
I suffer from dry skin, particularly in winter, so was keen to try this milk moisturiser. I have found it works best after bathing or showering, when it is easily and evenly applied, and absorbed quickly. This milk has a lovely rosemary aroma, and it has left my skin feeling hydrated, smooth, and soft. It is expensive, but one application leaves my skin feeling great all day. I really like this product, although the price is high compared to many other body moisturisers. The bottle and the box are attractively designed, and it is definitely a high end product. Recommended if you can afford it, and definitely one to try if other body milks cause skin irritation, because this one has been very kind to my skin.

Hard to beat in this price bracket
This is lovely stuff, more like cream than milk. A little bit of it smooths over fresh-washed skin and creates smoothness in an instant. At £26 a bottle (December 2016) it’s no cheap thing, but it packs in a lot of expensive ingredients, including shea butter, argan oil, aloe, almond oil, beeswax, verbena, rosemary, and a few others. Through a complex aroma come the primary scents of almond and rosemary. Strong at first, the bolder notes fade quickly to leave a discernible scent on the skin for hours, but subtle enough to sit beneath any perfume. This works out very expensive for daily use, but as an occasional treat it’s hard to beat for what it does.
