This robot vacuum is AWESOME! We no longer need to vacuum because we can (and do) have it run every night at 3am due to the schedule option and since the vacuum using Lidar (laser detection rather than cameras that rely on light) it does NOT need light to know where it is going and it is crazy smart and accurate. You can also save multiple maps so we have both our upstairs and main level saved. We have two dogs so this does a great job keeping pet hair to a bare minimum and it keeps our floors and carpets nice and clean with zero effort on our part. Zero issues. Also, I bought a Amazon refurbished and it looked brand new when I got it. Glad I went with this option as it saved me a few bucks. Also, we put our charging dock underneath our couch since the bot can easily fit under there and that way it is out of the way and unseen unless it is cleaning. Whenever I need to empty the dust bin (I do it every day just because but I could probably get away with emptying it every 4 days but I do have it run every night) there is a “joystick” option on the app (btw the app is awesome as well) and I can just guide it out under the couch quick, empty the dust bin and then tell the RoboRock to go back to its home. We haven’t used the mopping option much yet as our space isn’t that large but when we have used it we thought it did a great job. My wife agrees that this has been one of the best purchases we have ever made!

I bought my Roborock over a year ago, and I’m still in love. It mapped out my house perfectly and keeps my floors nice a vacuumed. When I first got it, I did try the “mop” feature but in my opinion it’s just lightly dusting the floor so not really worth the hassle of changing the mop map and filling the water. But the mapping and vacuum features are awesome. I will say it’s a little loud, so I don’t run it while I’m sleeping. But even with the cons to this unit, I still give it 5 stars.

I love this product. I previously owned a 15 yr old roomba. Not bad but not smart. The app on the roborock works surprisingly well. I can set times to clean, with rooms, i what order etc. Tbe unit itself i super sleek looking. I have laminate and tile throughout and this little guy handeled perfectly. It fast, and covers every square inch of floor. Battery life is excellent. 1000sq foot room used 15% battery. Its also very quiet compared with my old roomba. I can listen to tv at the same time. Overall im very pleased with it, have only had a few days but i hope it holds up. I believe it has a one year warranty.

The vaccum was fine for a while but stopped working after a year and a half. Local vacuum restoration store said they aren't able to fix these unless it's an easy part like a filter or side brush because they are unable to order the internal parts. Mine goes about an inch away from the docking station and glitches / won't move.

I've only had her for a couple of weeks, but so far I've been very impressed. I was looking for a robotic vacuum that could handle dog hair efficiently as I have two dogs that shed constantly, but didn't carry the hefty price of the iRobots. I have an 1800-square-foot house with vinyl planking throughout and some rugs in strategic locations. I have her scheduled to do the whole house every two days, but I do love the fact that I can have her clean specific rooms at will now that she has automatically mapped out the entire house into separate rooms. With each cleaning, I have to dump the bin but that is a breeze. The filter is easy to rinse and reuse. I have yet to use the mopping feature so I can't comment on that. I don't expect her to perform miracles. She will get stuck on rugs that have a very high pile so I pick them up off the floor before I turn her loose, but I do love her low profile that allows her to get under all the furniture as well as my ZLine gas stove! I don't expect her to do a "deep clean" of the entire floor. I just need her to pick up 90-95% of the dirt and dog hair on the regular and I can do the rest when I have time on the weekends.

This is by far the best money I have ever spent on life improvement technology. I researched models for a month before ultimately deciding on the s5 max after YouTube reviews kept pointing to this one as the best. I have used it every single day for the last 4 days, the mopping feature on my hardwood floors is my favorite and does a great job for water only. The bot is very smart and moves intelligently. The settings and app are easy to use and very entertaining also... can watch the lines/action while away at dinner. Do not hesitate to purchase this robot cleaner, A+++++++

I named her Rosie and she listens better than my kids. She’s not perfect, but she saves me time.Pros: mapping, edge detection, and she gets the area rug. Gets the goldfish crackers.Cons: like a swiffer (just pushes around the dirty water on a pad) and over saturates (leaks) on high. To wide to get between chair legs and to tall to get under the edge of the couch. She gets hung up on the mat infront of the sink, ends up just pushing it around and then goes around it. Taped it down.

True happiness is coming home from work to clean floors. LolThe mapping is great and it gets things a lot cleaner than we would with a hand held. It can get stuck but once you find the problem areas in your house and can set boundaries to avoid any issues. The mop technology is very rudimentary and we were skeptical but it turns out that it cleans really well. You’ll still need a mop at home for heavier cleanings but this will help keep things clean on a day to day basis.
