Funky, sour, strange, but good
I like it, but I am a bit weird and like a lot of odd stuff. Fermented stuff is supposed to do you good. It's a good palette cleanser along with other asian pickles. I enjoyed it and will buy it again. You could easily store it in a fresh pickling liquid and tweak the flavours, that's what I will try next time.
